The fragrance of orchids in nature is full of fragrance, refreshing, and has the reputation of "fragrance of kings", which is favored by the world. People have loved orchids for thousands of years, and its charm lies in its delicate fragrance. If there is no fragrance, it is not desirable. Practice has proved that in order to improve the aroma of orchids, we need to pay attention to the following problems.

First, plant materials should be rich in nutrition, and it is best to use improved orchid mud. For thousands of years, people have been planting orchid trees with orchid mud. As long as they are planted and cultivated properly, they will have their own fragrance every year. In order to better solve the problem of breathable and leached plant materials, modern people keep pace with the times and produce a variety of granular plant materials, which is a great progress. Due to the general lack of nutrition of artificial granular plant materials, people have used modern science and technology to produce all kinds of orchid fertilizer to make up for its lack of nutrients and achieved good results. However, artificial fertilizers can not fully meet the needs of orchids for the growth of a large number of trace elements and minerals. Therefore, the flowers, especially the delicate fragrance of orchids, are affected to varying degrees by simply using artificial granular plants and flowers to fertilize orchids. Practice has proved that the best combination of modern and traditional orchid, sieve orchid mud and artificial particle plant mixed orchid, Lanhui strong, beautiful color, fragrance overflowing, the effect is the best.

The second is to increase the light appropriately and let the orchids bask in the sun. Many of the nutrients needed for flower bud differentiation and opening of orchids are produced by photosynthesis. If the light lasts for a long time, photosynthesis produces more nutrients and the fragrance of flowers is strong. Such as lack of light, although the plant grows luxuriantly, but due to the lack of nutrients, orchids rarely bloom, even if flowering, the fragrance is mediocre. Therefore, increasing the light appropriately and letting the orchids bask in the sun in spring, autumn and winter are the necessary conditions for orchids to blossom and give off fragrance.

The third is to strive to create an appropriate temperature difference. Orchid growth is the unity of photosynthesis and respiration. On the one hand, orchid plants continue to produce nutrients through photosynthesis during the day; on the other hand, orchid plants continue to breathe day and night, consuming nutrients, the higher the temperature, the more nutrients are consumed, and the lower the temperature is, the less nutrients are consumed. Only when the nutrients produced by photosynthesis are greater than those consumed by respiration can orchids blossom and give off fragrance. It can be seen that the necessary temperature difference is an indispensable condition for the fragrance of orchids.

Fourth, Lan Hui needs full vernalization. The winter temperature of wild orchid is generally between 0 ℃ and 15 ℃. Although orchid seedlings do not grow, buds continue to grow and enrich and accumulate nutrients for flowering, which is an insurmountable stage for flowering. If the winter temperature is on the high side and vernalization is not sufficient, Lanhui will appear stiff buds, even if it blossoms, the flowers are poor and the fragrance is light.

Fifth, when flowering, the pot soil should be moist and dry. When the orchid blossoms, the dry humidity of the potted soil is also one of the factors affecting the orchid blossom and flower fragrance. The flowers should be watered once before blooming, and generally not watered after blooming, otherwise it will affect the aroma of orchids. Practice has proved that, moderately let the orchid dry, the orchid fragrance is thicker, this is a trick to improve the orchid aroma.
