The difference between flower bud and leaf bud of orchid

The differences between flower buds and leaf buds of orchids generally have several characteristics:

1. Most of the flower buds are askew, relative to the round leaf buds (the leaf buds are slightly flat when the leaf buds grow, and a few of the leaf buds are round, but they are also thin and there are no stout flower buds).

2. There are roots under the leaf buds, but not under the flower buds (except flowers on the leaves). So you can dig down a little bit to see if there are any roots.

3, you can gently pinch it with your hand, the flower bud is looser and the leaf bud is harder!

The other leaf buds generally grow on the false bulbs of the new orchid seedlings, and the flower buds grow on the false bulbs of the bluegrass seedlings of the previous year.
