Every time it comes to the rice harvest period, how to ensure that the combine harvester has the best harvesting condition is the most concerned thing for agricultural machinists. The structure of the harvester is complex, no matter which working system has problems in the operation, it will be late and late in work, and it will also cause a waste of food. Therefore, in addition to early testing, maintenance and maintenance of the harvester, the operators should also master the troubleshooting techniques in the actual operation, so as to effectively improve the economic benefits of the harvester.

Damage to the cutter blade: mainly due to hard objects such as stones and tree roots encountered by the cutter in the cutting process; the edge guard is loose or deformed, so that the height of the fixed blade is inconsistent; the blade rivets are loose, colliding with each other during cutting and other reasons. In order to prevent blade damage, attention should be paid to avoid the obstacles in front of the cutter when operating; when maintaining the combine harvester, pay attention to the correct installation of the cutter.

Arbor break: the cause of Arbor fracture is mainly due to the incorrect installation position of the cutter driving mechanism, except that the movement resistance of the cutter is too large. In order to prevent the tool bar from breaking, the cutter should be adjusted correctly to reduce the cutter movement resistance, and the installation position of the cutter driving mechanism should be adjusted to meet the assembly requirements.

The propeller of the cutting table slips: the main reason for the slip of the pusher is that the gap between the spiral blade of the pusher and the bottom plate of the cutting table is too large. In order to prevent the occurrence of this fault, the gap between the spiral blade and the box plate of the cutting table should be adjusted correctly according to the density and height of the crops. When harvesting low crops, the gap can be reduced to about 10 mm. When the edge of the spiral blade is polished, the keyknife can be used to make small teeth on the edge of the blade to restore and increase the pushing capacity.

Drum blockage: there are many reasons for drum blockage, such as too small drum clearance, insufficient engine horsepower, transmission belt skidding, insufficient drum speed, insufficient pick wheel and pick pick speed, poor stem discharge, too wet and dense crops, too many tough weeds, too fast walking speed of the harvester, etc. In order to prevent the drum from clogging, the gap between the drum and the concave plate should be increased appropriately when harvesting grass and wet crops; when the drum speed drop sound is heard, the locomotive speed should be reduced or temporarily stopped; the tightness of the transmission belt should be adjusted; the speed of the drum and the gap between the wood bearing of the pickaxe should be adjusted correctly.

Chain fracture: there are many reasons for chain fracture, such as the sprockets in the transmission circuit are not in the same rotation plane; the transmission shaft is bent; the chain continues to be used after serious wear; the tightness of the chain is not suitable; the sprocket wear exceeds the allowable limit; the sleeve roller chain opening pin breaks off, or the opening direction of the joint clip is reversed; the hook chain is worn seriously or reversed, which will cause the chain to fall off, break and break. In order to prevent this fault, the sprockets in the same transmission circuit must be kept in the same rotation plane; the wear of the chain must be checked frequently, repaired and replaced in time; the opening pin of the chain joint should be checked frequently and replaced if necessary; straighten the curved transmission shaft so that the sprocket rotation does not exceed the allowable swing; correctly adjust the tightness of the chain. Repair and replace the sprocket that exceeds the wear limit in time, correctly adjust the safety clutch, and lubricate the transmission chain in time.
