What equipment should be checked by sprinkler before planting season? What do you need to pay attention to?

The weather is getting warmer, which indicates that the planting season is coming. Have you made a detailed pre-use inspection of the sprinkler irrigation equipment? If not, let's take a look at the precautions before using the sprinkler:

1. Inspection of the center of the equipment

1) check that the bolts are not loose

2) injection of oil into the elbow: the rotating part of the center bracket is filled with butter

3) check the flexible connection: check whether the pins and bolts of the flexible connection at the top of the center point are complete.

4) cleaning the control cabinet: cleaning the sediment in the control cabinet and collector ring

5) check the terminals: check whether the terminals in the control cabinet are detached and firm, whether the wire skin is damaged, and check whether the fuses and contactors are normal with the electricity meter.

6) check the grounding wire of the control cabinet: check that the center point is well grounded and that all electrical components and power cords are well connected.

7) check the wiring of the transformer.

2. Cross-body examination

1) check whether the cross-body shape is normal: check whether the equipment cross-body shape is normal and whether the cross-body cable is missing. Check whether the equipment cross-body bolts are loose or fall off.

2) check the spray droop pipe: whether the installation of the spray droop pipe is firm. Install the sprinkler, check whether the sprinkler is complete, the order is correct, and there is no blockage.

3. Check the drive system.

1) check the tower box: clean up the dust in the tower box and see if the power switch at the bottom of the tower box is in the open position. Is the internal terminal of the tower box loose, and whether the wire skin is damaged?

2) check the cross-body connection: the connection between the span and the span, and whether the bolts that fix the aluminum hoop are loose. Is the red quick drain valve missing?

3) check the wheel reducer and drive motor

4) check the transmission system: check whether the drive shaft and flexible connection are firm.

5) check the tire: check the tire pressure should be about 22PSI, 1.5-1.65kg pressure. Check whether the tire fastening bolts are loose and whether the length of the bolts exposed is consistent.

4. Inspection of cantilever

1) check the whole cantilever: check whether the whole cantilever is normal. Is the sand outlet installed correctly?

2) check the cable: check whether the cable is normal, check if the bolt has fallen off

3) check the cantilever sprinkler: check whether the cantilever sprinkler is complete, the order is correct, and there is no blockage.

5. Other

Check the pumps and other equipment that supply water to the equipment, the drain valve of the buried pipe is closed, and the outlet gate valve is opened.
