Wheat combine harvester is a combination of wheat harvesting, threshing, separation, cleaning and other operations. Because the wheat combine harvester has many functions, complex structure and short working time, the maintenance and winter safekeeping of the wheat combine harvester should be done well.

I. Lubrication

① lubricated strictly according to the lubrication diagram, lubrication position and period of the table and the type of oil in the random instructions of the combine harvester.

Clean oil nozzles, oil caps, lubrication parts and surrounding dust and oil stains before ② lubrication.

③ often checks the sealing condition and working temperature of sealed bearings, and if oil leakage or abnormal temperature rise is found, the oil seal should be replaced in time.

④ pull rods, lever mechanism joints should be timely dripping lubricating oil.

⑤ chains should be oiled and lubricated before the start of daily work.

For ⑥ 's new or newly overhauled combine harvester, all the oil in the gearbox should be released after trial operation, cleaned and then added with new oil. Check the amount of oil once a week at work and add it in time when it is insufficient.

Maintenance of radiator

The main reason for affecting the use efficiency of the combine harvester is the boiling of the engine, which is mostly caused by the serious blockage of the radiator, so the maintenance of the radiator should be strengthened.

Most of the general combine harvesters are equipped with cover-type radiator. due to the more dust and debris in the harvesting operation, the air intake hole of the water tank cover is easy to be blocked by sundries. To deal with it in time, rotate the lower left handle of the water cover in the direction of the arrow, so that the upper and lower wind baffles all close the intake hole of the water tank, and the sundries will fall off by themselves; when the blockage is serious, the water tank hole should be washed with a certain pressure of water before each shift to maintain good ventilation.

Winter safekeeping of wheat harvester

In the course of operation, there will be a lot of dust and dirt inside the organization, so after the harvest season is over, the wheat combine must be well maintained in winter. Doing a good job of safekeeping can prolong the service life of the combine harvester.

(1) removal of sundries

① thoroughly removes all the components and connections of the machine, paying special attention to cleaning the pick picker and removing the residue on the return plate.

② cleans the return disc of the cleaning machine.

③ removes residue from rollers and recesses.

④ must clean up the grain in the granary and the elevators.

(2) complete lubrication: lubricate according to the lubrication rules, and then turn the machine a few times. At each connection, apply plate oil or Vaseline to prevent oxidation.

(3) some parts of the wheat combine harvester should be unloaded and kept separately.

① takes off the sieve and carefully cleans it and stores it.

② removes all belts and keeps them in a dry, cool room.

③ remove the chain, soak it in 60 ℃ 70 min tallow or paraffin wax for about 15 minutes, and the chain sleeve, pin and roller are fully lubricated, and then take good care of it.

④ removes the battery and stores it in a dry room. It must be recharged every month and check the liquid level and the specific gravity of the electric concentration.

After cleaning the ⑤, take good care of the transmission disc, transmission shaft, guard beam and cutter of the continuously variable transmission.

⑥ picks up the harvester and lowers the tire pressure to a specified value.

(4) check if there are any areas on the machine that need to be repaired, and if so, repair them in time.

(5) the machine should be parked in a dry warehouse and should not be kept outdoors as much as possible. In addition, chemical clothing and other chemicals should not be stored in the warehouse at the same time.
