So, what are the skills in the use of combine harvesters?
1. Trial operation. The new machine or the maintained harvester must be run-in.
① engine test run. According to the contents of maintenance, determine the running-in of cold and hot operation, check whether the oil pressure gauge, oil thermometer and water thermometer are normal, whether there is oil leakage, water leakage and abnormal noise.
② walking test run. It can turn left and right respectively according to the order of first gear, second gear, third gear and reverse gear to check whether the steering mechanism and brake are sensitive and whether the clutch interlocking mechanism is reliable.
③ cutting, threshing, separation, unloading and other working mechanisms are put into trial operation to check the reliability and sensitivity of the monitoring instruments.
2. Technical maintenance. Regularly clean, inspect, fasten, adjust, lubricate, add and replace vulnerable parts of the combine harvester.
Clean the ① combine harvester, remove the glume, broken stalk and other attachments on the machine, lubricate all friction parts in time, clean the outer chain and lubricate it with oil.
Check the technical status of ② engine, including whether the oil pressure, oil temperature and water temperature are normal, whether the sound fuel consumption of the engine is normal, etc.
Check and adjust the ③ harvester, including whether the rotating speed and height of the reeling wheel, cutter stroke and cutting clearance, the clearance between the stirring dragon and the bottom surface and the rotating speed of the stirring dragon meet the requirements.
Inspection of ④ threshing device. The main reason is that the drum speed concave clearance should meet the requirements, the speed is higher and the gap is smaller, but it should not cause grain fragmentation and drum blockage.
For the inspection of the ⑤ separation device and the cleaning device, the inspection of the scripter should be flexible after tightening the crankshaft, and the axial flow drum separation device is mainly to see whether the rotation of the drum is light, flexible and reliable.
Check other items of ⑥. Whether there are cracks in the weldment, whether all kinds of oil and water are clean and sufficient, whether the fasteners are firm, whether the movement of the rotating parts is flexible and reliable, whether the control device is flexible, accurate and reliable, especially the hydraulic control mechanism, it must be accurate when used.
3. Use and operate correctly. Operating according to the standard can reduce the failure and improve the benefit.
① starts the engine without load, combines the low speed with the clutch, pulls the control valve to slow down the combine harvester, reduces the harvester to the normal stubble height and increases the throttle engine to the rated speed to harvest in the area.
The ② harvester will stop to check the quality of the operation after running for 50ml and 100m, and make necessary adjustments when necessary, until the quality of the operation meets the requirements, and then put into normal work.
③ always uses a large throttle operation, and it is not possible to reduce the throttle to reduce the forward speed, because the smaller the throttle is, the slower the working mechanism of the harvesting and threshing part of the harvester is, which can reduce the working quality and even block the harvester or drum. Do not turn off the machine immediately after the big throttle operation.
When working in ④, you can use control valve and shift to change speed.
The height of the cutting table should be adjusted in time when ⑤ crosses the obstacle.
⑥ should maintain normal temperature specification, speed specification and load specification in use.
4. Technical custody. Ensure the integrity of the combine harvester by keeping it idle.
① removes dust and dirt, opens all windows, covers and shields of the unit, and carefully removes grass shavings, broken straw and oil from all parts of the machine to make the unit clean.
② remove the chain, wash it with diesel oil and immerse it in oil for 20 minutes, then wrap it in paper and store it separately; remove the tape, wash it and dry it, coat it with talcum powder and keep it safe.
③ changes the lubricating oil in various parts and turns it several times without load.
④ apply oil to prevent rust at work friction or paint stripping area.
⑤ wash the outside of the machine with water and apply a small amount of lubricating oil with a dishcloth after drying.
After the ⑥ machine enters the warehouse, lower the harvester and put it on the cushion wood, lift the drive axle and steering wheel axle with Jack and cushion the wood, place the body smoothly and the tire is off the ground, and reduce the tire pressure to 1 inch 3 of the standard pressure.
⑦ loosens the safety clutch spring and other springs.
During the preservation of ⑧, the crankshaft is rotated 10 times regularly, and the hydraulic distribution valve is pulled at each working position 15 times and 20 times a month. In order to prevent the working surface of the cylinder piston from rusting, the piston should be pushed to the bottom.
