The flip plow belongs to agricultural machinery, which has the advantages of low investment, quick effect, long service life, simple overall structure, convenient operation and easy maintenance, and is a good helper for farmers. So what are the adjustment methods of the flip plow in use? What are the requirements for the adjustment of hydraulic system?

The adjustment that needs to be made in the use of a flip plow:

(1) the correct suspension method.

Before ploughing, the flip plow needs three-point suspension, the two-point lower lifting arm is installed behind the two lower ears of the plow, and then the central pull rod is hung, and attention should be paid to adjusting the center of the plow to the center of the tractor. The method is to adjust the dimensions of the two-liter lowering arm and the inner side of the tractor tire are symmetrical and equal, and then tighten the zipper nuts on both sides to prevent the uneven ridge when the plough swings left and right.

(2) adjust the central pull rod.

Before the adjustment, first plough from the edge of the ground, and when you return, the tractor tires will be adjusted after going through the furrow. If the front share is deep and the rear share is shallow. On the contrary, loosen the central lever, so that the ploughshare behind the plough frame is deep and the front share is shallow, so that the central lever is tightened so that the plough frame is parallel to the front and back.

(3) the adjustment of overturning ploughing depth.

The rated depth of the flip plow is 20~30cm, the bottom of the ditch is cleaned when measuring, the wooden strips are used parallel to the unploughed ground, and then measured vertically with a ruler. If the ploughing is shallow, adjust the fixing plate limit support bolt of the depth-limiting wheel, shorten the bolt, make the depth-limiting wheel tilt backward, reduce the plow frame and achieve the purpose of increasing the depth. If the ploughing depth is too deep and exceeds the 30cm, using the same method, spin the long support bolt to tilt the depth-limiting wheel forward and raise the plough frame for the purpose of shallow ploughing. It should be noted that after the length of one side is adjusted properly, the bolts on the other side should be adjusted to the same length. In addition, the left and right supports on the fixed plate can be adjusted to move up and down to adjust the depth of the depth-limiting wheel.

(4) the adjustment method of the limiting plate bolt of the overturning plow frame.

The limit plate adjusting bolts on both sides of the crossbeam of the plough suspension frame are used to adjust the balance between the left and right sides of the plow frame. When ploughing, take the ground plane as a reference to observe whether the plow frame is parallel or not. If not, the parallelism of the plow frame can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the adjusting bolt. It should be noted that after adjusting one side, the other side should be adjusted in the same way in order to achieve the same effect of turning from left to right. When not ploughing, the plough frame is not parallel, and it is normal to have a certain slope.

(5) the adjustment of the difficulty of turning the plough into the ground.

First of all, check whether the connection (connection point) between the tractor and the plow is too high, if it is too high, it must be lowered to the appropriate depth of the plough shovel, and then the length of the central pull rod should be shortened appropriately in order to increase the angle of the plough shovel into the soil. The position of the depth limiting wheel can also be moved backward from the position corresponding to the second plough column to the position between the second plough and the third plough column. In addition, the ploughshare blade is thicker than the 3mm should be forged or sharpened, otherwise it is not easy to get into the ground.

(6) the adjustment of easy deviation of tractors in farming.

First of all, adjust the connection of the flip plow so that the three-point type is suspended in the center of the tractor, and ensure that the size of the two-liter lowering arm is the same as the inner side of the tractor tire. Then adjust the spacing of each plough column on the plough frame to achieve the required uniform size. The distance between the two adjacent ploughs of type 435B is 7cm.

Adjustment of hydraulic system by flipping plough

Because the structure of the flipping plough is more complex than that of other ploughs, there are certain requirements for the adjustment of its hydraulic system. The specific requirements are as follows:

The adjustment of the hydraulic system of the overturning plow is mainly the adjustment of the reversing time of the rotating valve. Generally speaking, the time should be when the plough frame turns 900 and the rear axle, the front axle and the rotating shaft of the cylinder are in the same plane (that is, when the "dead point" position). If there is too much difference between the reversing time and the time (that is, too early or too late), it is bound to make the plow frame stay at the 900th position and cannot turn over 1800. Adjusting this moment is generally achieved by adjusting the position of the reversing fork lever. Some plough reversing forks are spirally locked and the locking bolts can be loosened. Turn the plough lever at a small angle, then lock it, and then test the overturning performance of the plow. If it still cannot be flipped, continue to adjust until it can be flipped smoothly. For the plough where the plough rod is a weldment, it is necessary to pry the fork rod with a casing to adjust it.

Warm reminder: if the overturned plough frame stays in the "dead point" position, it means that the reversal is ahead of schedule, and the reversing fork lever must be adjusted along the opposite direction of the plough frame overturning; if the plough frame stops after the "dead point" position, and then returns to the 900 position, it means that the commutation lag, it is necessary to adjust the reversing fork lever in the same direction as the plow frame is flipped.
