The overturning plough includes a suspension frame, an overturning oil cylinder, a check mechanism, a ground wheel mechanism, a plough frame and a plough body. Flip plough, heavy 600kg, plough body number about 3 each, is designed and manufactured according to the national standard of spring plough for dry land in the north of China. In order to ensure its smoothness in the process of use, the flip plow has to make a series of adjustments to the three plow frames in the use process. Let's take a look at the adjustment work one by one.

1. Horizontal adjustment

First of all, adjust the level of the crossbeam of the suspension headframe. The unit is parked on the horizontal ground. Rotate the handle on the tractor boom to lengthen or shorten the length of the boom so that the cross beam of the suspension frame is parallel to the ground. The height of the crossbeam from the ground is determined according to the specific ploughing depth. The greater the ploughing depth, the lower the crossbeam. Then adjust the level of the plow frame. The method is to adjust the adjustment bolts at both ends of the plough suspension head frame (and some in other parts) so that the height of the left and right bolts protruding from the crossbeam is the same. The protruding height value depends on the specific ploughing depth, and the greater the ploughing depth, the more protruding. Through the above adjustment, the horizontal level of the plow has basically been guaranteed.

2. Adjustment of vertical water increase

After the horizontal water leveling adjustment of the plow frame is completed, the vertical horizontal adjustment of the plow frame should be carried out in the trial ploughing. In the trial ploughing, observe whether the large frame (or inclined beam) of the plow is horizontal, if it is high in front and low in the back, which makes it difficult for the large frame of the plow to enter the soil or plough too shallow, the upper pull rod should be shortened; on the contrary, the upper pull rod should be extended. At this time, it should be noted that the longitudinal horizontal adjustment is carried out on the premise of ensuring the horizontal horizontal state after the horizontal horizontal adjustment is completed, and the adjustment is limited to the adjustment of the pull rod. If the lower pull rod is adjusted to change its length, it is bound to cause horizontal damage to the plough frame of the whole machine. At this time, even if the plough frame reaches the horizontal state in one farming state (such as turning right), it is difficult to guarantee that the plow frame can be horizontal in another farming state (left turn).

3. Adjustment of tillage depth

If it is a plough with height adjustment and control of ploughing depth, the ground wheel screw should be adjusted to adjust the ploughing depth. Baoding Shuangying 1LF-335 hydraulic turning plow and Shanxi 1LF-430 hydraulic turning plow control the left and right ploughing depth through single plough rotation, so their ploughing depth adjustment is relatively simple, as long as one side reaches the predetermined ploughing depth, the other side's ploughing depth is guaranteed. However, some plough types control the left and right ploughing depth through double ploughs, and the ploughing depth of these ploughing types should be adjusted separately.

This plough is suitable for ploughing the dry and ripe land where the specific soil resistance is less than 1.0kg/c, and it can also be used in the paddy field in the north, which can carry out shuttle two-way operation. After ploughing, the surface is flat, five "open and closed ridges", less empty rows on the ground, working on the slope, and the slope of cultivated land can be reduced year by year. The overturning is reliable, and the turning to position rate reaches 95%. When the soil is ploughed back and forth, the soil is turned to one side all the time, and there is no soil moisture ditch in the land, so that it can reduce the slope and take advantage of the leveling effect on the hillside and sloping land. the plough body surface is an overturned plough surface with good broken soil cover performance and high work efficiency.

Adjustment of ploughing depth of overturned plough

In general, the rated depth of the flip plow is 20~30cm, clean the bottom of the ditch, use a straight wooden strip parallel to the unploughed ground, and then measure vertically with a ruler. In general, there is a difference in ploughing depth, so we have to adjust it.

If the ploughing is shallow, the turning plough adjusts the limit depth wheel to fix the plate limit support bolt, shortens the bolt, makes the depth limit wheel tilt backward, reduces the plow frame and achieves the purpose of increasing the depth.

If the ploughing depth is too deep; if it exceeds the 30cm, adjust the turning plough rotary long bearing bolt in the same way to tilt the depth-limiting wheel forward and raise the plow frame for the purpose of shallow ploughing.

It should be noted that after we adjust the length of one side of the flip plow properly, we have to adjust the bolt of the flip plow to the same length on the other side. In addition, the left and right supports on the fixed plate can be adjusted to move up and down to adjust the depth of the depth-limiting wheel.
