How to maintain the circular sprinkler machine?

First, drainage in the post-harvest season before freezing the equipment to run with water for a week, the purpose is to clean the sprinkler, preserve moisture and prevent dust. Then carry on the drainage work of reservoir, water pump and buried pipeline.

Note: irrigation is prohibited when the temperature is below 4 ℃. Because water evaporation absorbs heat, when the temperature is below 4 ℃, sprinkler irrigation will lower the temperature near the equipment to less than 0 ℃, and the condensed water attached to the collapse will freeze into ice. If irrigated for a long time, ice will be formed, which will collapse the equipment.

If irrigation is needed for a short time, it must be attended by special personnel at all times and be ready to shut down at any time.

II. Correct parking of equipment

In order to prevent bad wind and sand erosion of the sprinkler irrigation system, the equipment should be stopped along or against the wind direction. Instead of stopping across the wind, avoid equipment crossing the road to prevent accidental collision or pedestrian damage; equipment parked along the long, to avoid equipment and ridge in a vertical state. When the equipment is longer than 8 spans, it is recommended to take off the last 3 spans.

III. Maintenance of the central point

1. Open the discharge outlet at the lower part of the central point and discharge the remaining water from the central point.

two。 Check that the nuts are fastened in place and that the ends of all screws expose the 2-3 buckle of the nut.

3. The circuit is unobstructed, no aging / damage, no virtual connection.

4. The plug nut on the upper part of the collector ring is completely fastened.

5. Clean up the dust in the control cabinet.

6. Clean the collector ring, open the plastic cover of the collector ring, clean the dust in the collector ring, check the wiring in the collector ring, and re-tighten the collapsing cable connection with a screwdriver.

Protection of electrical components the wind and sand in winter will enter the control cabinet of the sprinkler, the central point collector ring and the cross-body tower box, affecting the service life of the internal electrical components. Therefore, it is recommended that users wrap the equipment center control cabinet, collector ring and all tower boxes with strong plastic sheeting.

5. Prevent frost cracking of sprinkler pipes

1. Flushing equipment

3. Check automatic drain valve

4. Flush the sand outlet

Open the sand discharge port above the drive tower at the tail span of the equipment and discharge the remaining water in the cantilever.

5. Underground pipeline drainage

Open the drain valve of the underground water supply pipe and discharge the water from the pipe.

6. Central point pump drainage

The central point pump of the secondary water lift of the sprinkler irrigation machine will be drained.

VI. Maintenance of straddle and sprinkler

1. Looking up under the truss, carefully observe the truss angle steel group, rib splint, pipe flange, stiffener, tower diagonal brace nut position, so that the nut is fastened in place, all screw ends expose nut 2-3 buckle.

two。 To prevent the sprinkler and droop pipe from being damaged by the strong wind in winter.

Some equipment uses iron drooping tubes, which are removed sequentially, and the sprinklers and regulators are marked according to the original position and stored in the warehouse after cleaning.

Some equipment uses plastic droop pipes, which are tied to the cross-body angle iron together with the counterweight. The sprinklers are removed sequentially and stored in the warehouse after cleaning.

VII. Maintenance of the tower

1. Check that there is no gap between the five bolts of the reducer and the fastening plate.

two。 There is no damage to the outer tire, the nut is fastened in place, and the ends of all screws reveal 2-3 buckles of nuts. Check whether the tire pressure of each span of the equipment is normal. If the tire leaks, it will damage the tire during parking throughout the winter. It needs to be replenished or repaired in time.

3. There is no gap between the bolt of the motor junction box and the fastening plate, and the fixing nut is fastened in place. The plastic plug is not loose.

4. The coupling nut is fastened in place, and the ends of all screws reveal the 2-3 buckle of the nut.

5. The tower retreats, the tower ladder nut is fastened in place, and the ends of all screws reveal 2-3 buckles of nuts.

6. The nuts of the tower box are fastened in place, the ends of all screws reveal the 2-3 buckles of nuts, and there is no false connection.

7. Tighten the automatic drain valve in place, so that there is enough space between the automatic drain valve and the short joint to drain the remaining water in the pipe.

8. Tightly wrap the motors, tower boxes and tires with plastic sheeting to prevent the entry of wind and sand and rain and snow.

9. Maintain the wheel reducer.

(1)。 Remove dirty oil: slowly release plug A to allow gear oil to flow out slowly. when the gear oil becomes transparent, plug the plug and tighten the seal.

(2)。 Add new oil: open plug B to inject new oil

(3)。 Oil injection time: if the liquid level is higher than the turbine worm, there is no need to re-oil, otherwise it is necessary to re-oil

(4)。 Gear oil model: 85W Mei 140 GLMY 5 (ZIMMATIC)

Note: the above operation will not be carried out until the equipment has been running for 4 years or 4000 hours, but the customer can decide according to his own needs.

VIII. Cantilever maintenance

1. Check whether the fixing bolt of the cantilever cable-stayed wire rope is secure and whether the fixing pin is loose, and if so, re-fix or replace it.

two。 Open the sand outlet above the tail span drive tower of the equipment, discharge the remaining water in the cantilever, rinse the sand outlet clean at the same time, and then reinstall the sand outlet.

9. other water pumps and transformers that supply water and power to the equipment, close the drain valve of the buried pipeline, open the outlet gate valve, and do a good job of fire prevention and anti-theft work.
