Standard number NY/T1550-2007

Scope: this standard specifies the type marking, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of air-driven high-range sprayers. This standard is applicable to motor-mounted or suspended sprayers driven by engines for the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests in gardens, roadways, trees, etc., and air-driven sprayers for other purposes can also be carried out.

Main technical content

1. Performance requirements of the whole machine

(1) the sprayer shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and the supporting power shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards.

(2) when the sprayer is working normally, the atomization performance should be good, the parts and joints should be sealed reliably, and there should be no liquid leakage.

(3) the vertical range of the sprayer shall not be less than the index specified or stated in the product specification.

(4) when the sprayer is spraying under the rated working condition, the deviation of the spray amount should be within ±10% of the rated spray amount.

(5) in the normal operation of the sprayer, when the spray cannot be atomized normally, the residual liquid in the medicine box shall be less than 1% of the rated capacity of the medicine box, but the maximum amount of residual medicine shall not be more than 2 liters.

(6) when the sprayer works at rated speed, the ear noise of the operator in the airtight cab should be less than 85 decibels.

(7) under normal working condition, the average working time before the first failure of the sprayer should not be less than 100 hours.

two。 Safety technical requirements

(1) the liquid pump of the sprayer shall be provided with a safety device to limit the working pressure. The safety device should not be bypassed and its correction should be accurate and reliable. All liquid discharged from the safety device should be able to be safely discharged back to the medicine tank. The limiting pressure of the safety device should not exceed 1.2 times the maximum working pressure.

(2) the dangerous parts that are prone to injury to the operator should be equipped with a protective net, and the size and safe distance of the net should comply with the relevant regulations.

(3) for the dangerous parts of the operator, when the protective shield cannot be set up due to structural reasons, the permanent safety warning sign should be fixed.

(4) there shall be a safety warning sign in the obvious part of the machine to warn the operator to use the safety protective equipment. Safety warning signs should comply with the relevant regulations.
