How to maintain and maintain the self-propelled sprayer? Self-propelled spray rod sprayer is a kind of plant protection machine that installs the spray head on the horizontal spray rod or vertical spray rod, which can provide driving power and walking power, and can complete its own work without other power.

1. Regular replacement and filling of lubricating oil

(1) after 100 hours of cumulative work, the old oil in the diaphragm pump cavity and the old oil in the gearbox should be completely discharged, and the new clean No. 40 diesel oil should be replaced. The new oil should be changed every 200 hours.

(2) after 100 hours of cumulative work, remove the protective net on the axial flow fan and use a straight tube butter gun to support the grease nozzle on the hub through the guide to inject a sufficient amount of butter into the bearing of the axial flow fan. Lubricate the bearings of the axial flow fan every 200 hours.

(3) after the accumulative work of 500 hours, check whether the distilled water in the battery is sufficient, replace the filter in the hydraulic working line and hydraulic drive line, and replace the engine air filter at the same time, discharge the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil tank and hydraulic filter, and clean it thoroughly.

(4) the engine coolant and hydraulic oil should be replaced at intervals of 1500 hours (or every two years). The hydraulic system of the walking drive of the sprayer must use HV46 hydraulic oil sold by the regular hydraulic oil manufacturer.

two。 Long-term storage

When the machines and tools are stored for a long time, they should be maintained as follows:

(1) disconnect the power supply electrode.

(2) inject lubricating oil into all parts that need to be lubricated.

(3) check the parts of the sprayer, fasten the loose parts, replace the damaged parts and repair the leakage parts of the pipeline.

(4) flush the hydraulic system carefully and replace the hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil filter according to the maintenance and maintenance instructions.

(5) clean all parts of the sprayer, ensure that all valves and pipes are free of pesticide residues, and thoroughly discharge the residues in the medicine box and water tank. After the cleaning of the sprayer, empty the water in the medicine box, open all the valves, and let the pump idle for a few minutes, so that the water in the spray pipe can be discharged as much as possible until air is ejected from the nozzle.

(6) after the sprayer has dried, the rusty parts should be wiped off and the damaged and scratched parts should be repainted. Apply a thin layer of antirust oil on the surface of sprayer metal parts and butter on the piston rods of hydraulic cylinders that are not fully retracted, but avoid applying antirust oil to tires, hoses, and other rubber parts. The sprayer can be covered with a tarp.

(7) antifreeze should be filled in the pipeline and water pump of the spraying system in winter to prevent the components from freezing and cracking. Add 100 liters of antifreeze mixture to the medicine cabinet, including 1 gram 3 antifreeze and 2 pound 3 water. Start the water pump and each operating valve to fill the whole spray line and nozzle with the antifreeze mixture.

(8) keep the equipment in a cool, dry and ventilated hangar. Corrosive chemicals should be avoided near the machine, and the machine should be kept away from the source of fire.
