With the continuous improvement of multiple cropping index, the soil-borne disease of vegetables is becoming more and more serious, which has a great impact on the yield and quality of vegetables. The following methods can be taken to control soil-borne diseases of vegetables.

First, carry out crop rotation. Reasonable crop rotation, especially flood-drought rotation, can get twice the result with half the effort in preventing soil-borne diseases of vegetables.

Second, select improved varieties. The selection of vegetable varieties with strong disease resistance can greatly reduce soil-borne diseases.

Third, improve the cultivation methods. High border cultivation in deep ditch, frequent watering with small water, avoiding flood irrigation, reasonable close planting, improving ventilation and light transmission, reducing ground humidity, cleaning the countryside, pulling out diseased plants, and disinfecting with quicklime in the disease hole; controlling the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer, adding phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, improving plant disease resistance, spraying pesticides in the later stage of vegetable growth, applying 2rel foliar fertilizer for three times.

Fourth, soil disinfection. The application of 75kg quicklime per mu before ploughing can not only disinfect but also neutralize the acidity of the soil. Where possible, the soil can be soaked in irrigation for more than 10 days, and the damage of nematodes can be basically controlled. In the high temperature season, the greenhouse covers the soil with plastic film after ploughing, and the ground temperature can reach more than 50 ℃, which can kill some bacteria in the soil. Soil disinfection is carried out before sowing, and the methods are as follows: to control fungal diseases, choose 3% Guangkuling water agent 300,500 times, 5% Jingangmycin 500,800 times and other drenched soil, or drench the soil or mix fine soil evenly with Gen Fuling and carbendazim. To control bacterial diseases such as bacterial wilt and soft rot, we can choose carbendazim, agricultural streptomycin and other drenched soil.

Fifth, chemical prevention and control. During the growing period of vegetables, according to the situation, the above pesticides are selected for targeted prevention and control, such as spraying or root irrigation and so on.
