Where are the mushrooms grown?

How to buy mushrooms

It is best to buy edible mushroom products from large-scale shopping malls or supermarkets to purchase products produced by enterprises with certain popularity, check whether the contents such as factory name, address, net content, production date, shelf life, product standard number and quality grade on the package are complete; and carry out simple sensory inspection on the products through three steps of "seeing, smelling and holding".

How to store mushrooms

1. Dry edible fungi should not be soaked in warm water before use, otherwise it will destroy the taste of the product.
