Now that rice has basically entered the "harvest mode", what is a good thing to plant after rice harvest? Many agricultural experts recommend planting Morchella, because at present, the rice-fungus rotation model is still relatively successful, so what is the benefit of planting Morchella after rice harvest? If you plant Morchella, how do you grow it?

Benefit of planting Morchella after Rice harvesting

The whole growth period of Morchella cultivation in the field from the beginning of sowing to the end of harvest is about 6 months (small spring season: October of each year to March of the second year), and the stubble can just connect with the big spring crop rice. And the yield of Morchella is stable and the yield per mu is more than 150kg. Because it is a kind of rare and valuable edible and medicinal fungus, the market price of Morchella is high. About 1000 yuan per jin for dry goods and about 150 yuan per jin for fresh goods.

How to grow Morchella?

Morchella is also called Morchella, Pleurotus ostreatus, Tricholoma matsutake. It is used for food stagnation, abdominal distension, phlegm and reverse asthma cough. As the first of the four famous wild bacteria in the world, the most conquering aspect of Morchella is its tender taste, indescribable delicacy and its unique shape, which I am afraid I will never forget when I eat it. So how to grow Morchella?

1. Field selection

It is necessary to choose rice fields with flat terrain, adequate water sources, convenient drainage and irrigation, no pollution sources and fertile soil.

two。 Rice straw should be crushed and returned to the field.

After the rice harvest is finished in October every year, the rice straw should be crushed and returned to the field, and the loose soil should be ploughed. The soil quality should be fine, the width of the border should be 0.8m~1.2m, and the length should be unlimited. The poor drainage and clayey soil should be used as high border to prevent water accumulation on the border surface.

3. Sowing seeds

The sowing method can be strip sowing or sowing, the strip sowing method is to open 2 ~ 3 sowing ditches along the compartment, the depth of 5cm~8cm, the sowing width of the sowing method is controlled at 80cm, the ditch 60cm, and no sowing ditch is opened. After wetting and mixing the cultivated species of Morchella (500bottle / mu) with seed dressing agent (concentration 2 ‰), sowing evenly in the ditch or on the compartment, covering the soil and leveling the compartment.

4. Build a sunshade

A middle shed with a height of 2 meters or a low shed with a height of about 75cm and a width of about 1.1 m can be built. the outside of the shed needs to be covered with a sunshade net to block direct sunlight. The shading net density can be selected according to the local light intensity, and it is appropriate to create a "half-overcast and half-sun" light intensity inside the shed.

5. Making Morchella bag

The bacteria bag can be made of wheat 100% or 85% 90%, and the husk 15% 10%, soaked in enough water, and then mixed with 1% lime and 1% gypsum after the surface moisture is filtered. The bag is packed evenly with 12 "× 24", 15 "× 33" and other specifications. Sowing for 15 ~ 25 days, the conversion bag is placed above the sowing ditch. The conversion bag is punched horizontally on one side and placed close to the soil surface. Keep until the conversion bag is drenched and transformed. Pay attention to moisture management and keep the soil moist.

6. Watering transformation management

After making the bacterial bag, when the air temperature is about 8 ℃, it is necessary to enter the water transformation management, and the amount of spraying water gradually increases until the mycelium on the chamber surface disappears, and the water is watered once but there can be no stagnant water to promote the formation of fruit body.

7. Management of mushroom production period

During the mushroom production period, the temperature in the greenhouse should be controlled between 8 ℃ and 20 ℃, the air relative humidity should be 85% to 90%, the soil on the side of the room should be kept moist, the light should be controlled at "half yin and half yang", and the air should be well ventilated and fresh. The fruiting body will grow and mature after 7 ~ 10 days. When the honeycomb ascomycetes of Morchella are basically unfolded, the fruit can be harvested. After harvest, the soil should be cleaned, graded, sold or dried, and the dried products must be sealed in plastic bags. Finally, in April every year, the sunshade should be removed after the Morchella harvest, and the rice should be planted directly after ploughing the land. In this way, the Morchella-rice rotation is completed.

Note:

1. Rice-Morchella rotation is suitable for the main rice producing areas and areas suitable for Morchella growth.

two。 Morchella is highly dependent on climate and environment. During mushroom emergence, if it encounters extremely low temperature, high temperature, rain and snow, drought and other weather, or water management is not in place, it will have a great impact on the yield.

Therefore, in the process of cultivation, we should pay special attention to weather changes, strengthen management, and create suitable conditions for the growth of Morchella to meet the requirements of mushroom production by properly adjusting the environmental factors such as temperature, light, water, ventilation and so on.

3. In addition, during the cultivation of Morchella, the use of chemical inputs such as pesticides and herbicides is prohibited.
