If ethephon is used as ripening agent, the effective concentration of ethephon is 1000-1200ppm, soak the fresh kiwifruit with ethephon solution for about 1 minute to remove and drain, or evenly spray ethephon solution on the surface of kiwifruit to dry the liquid, and then put the kiwifruit containing ethephon into a plastic film bag without sealing. Accelerate ripening after 3-4 days and soften the kiwifruit.
