Zhengzhou Lianwanjia Agricultural and sideline products Professional Cooperative is located in Langchenggang Town, Zhongmou County, Henan Province. After the cooperative was established in 2012, it contracted 2600 mu of land at one time to plant wheat and corn on the south bank of the Yellow River, and then contracted two more plots of land, expanding the scale of growing grain to 23000 mu by 2014. Following the experience of Japan's efficient agricultural management, cooperatives grow all grain according to organic standards, carry out standardized production, and adopt the marketing mode of fixed production by sales and planting by signing orders. In Zhongmou County, such a large scale of grain cultivation is rare, so it is also a little famous. Nearby "Golden Dragon Fish", "rest assured Rice Industry" and Kaifeng Pisces flour Mill have all become customers of the cooperative.

Too much grain is grown, so it becomes a problem to store grain. Gao Fengmin, director of the cooperative, calculated that the price of grain was low when it was just harvested, and it could be several points, or even ten cents, higher per jin for a few months. Large grain growers suffer from too much grain and have no place to store it, and small farmers find it troublesome. As soon as the grain is harvested, the fields are collected and sold immediately. If there is a place to store grain, if we save it and sell it again, we can sell a lot more money, and the members of the co-operatives can also get more money back. In 2014, after the 19 shareholders of the cooperative reached a consensus, they went to the local grain management office in Zhongmou County, hoping that the grain management office would provide a place for grain storage. Unexpectedly, the two sides hit it off and signed an agreement on grain warehousing cooperation alliance in the summer of that year. According to the agreement, the grain management office stores grain for the cooperative, and the grain management is strictly in accordance with national standards, and the storage fee is 1.5 cents per jin of grain a year. The grain management office also provides offices, laboratories and conference rooms for the cooperatives. Chen Yubin, director of the Grain Administration Office, said: "what the senior manager needs is a place for grain storage, and what grain depots need is grain. We hit it off." Zhongmou County Grain Management Office is a provincial grain reserve in Henan Province, with a grain warehouse capacity of 60,000 tons. Except for the immovable storage capacity of 20,000 tons of grain reserves, the rest can collect and store grain.

When there is a place to store grain, it will be more active to sell it. Although the co-operation in grain storage has been agreed, the co-operatives have bigger plans. According to Gao Fengmin's idea, the grain of the co-operatives should be collected and stored in grain depots, set up a "grain bank", do not pay interest on wheat, deduct water and miscellaneous materials in accordance with national standards, and standardize management. The stored grain can also be processed organically in cooperation with flour mills, and then returned to the local area after processing. When grain is exchanged in the future, it can be sold and exchanged. After co-operative members or grain farmers have saved grain, they can withdraw money or grain, or hang noodles, which is not subject to time restrictions. One grain spot in an administrative village makes it convenient for grain farmers to store, "and let our members eat our own organic grain!" Gao Fengmin said.

Zhongmou County is a suburban county of Zhengzhou. In recent years, urbanization has developed rapidly, and thousands of families have moved to new high-rise houses one after another. Local grain is planted in a large area, harvested by machinery and equipment, and every household has no place to put its production tools, so it is even more inconvenient to store grain at home. If the management fails to keep up, if the grain becomes moldy or is eaten by rats, there must be losses, and the problems of farmers' difficulty in storing and using grain will be highlighted. "Grain banks have several advantages," Chen Yubin said. "Grain stations have also engaged in generation-by-generation processing, and if grain banks are really set up, farmers will also have practical benefits, which will be beneficial to both sides." Grain depots have machinery and testing equipment, and grain can compete in the market. On the one hand, stabilize market prices, on the other hand, protect the interests of farmers. Ordinary people sell grain after harvest, and the price is not suitable, so they have to press the grade and price when they are stored, indicating that the market is still not open. If grain is uniformly managed here, farmers can take grain and noodles, and hanging noodles can also be exchanged for the benefit of farmers and convenience, so that grain depots will come in handy and make use of local resources.

"if the price offered by the flour mill is high, who will send grain to your grain depot?" When asked like this, Director Chen broke up his fingers and began to settle accounts. There are no large grain processing enterprises around Zhongmou County. Large processing enterprises are all in Zhengzhou and Kaifeng. The grain consumption of the processing plant is large, and the price is also two or three cents high, but it is not appropriate to include freight. Zhongmou is 30 kilometers to Kaifeng and more than 40 kilometers to Jinyuan flour processing plant. When grain is sent to processing enterprises, farmers or brokers can only run once or twice a day, and even if they go to the queue, they may not be able to get in line; when grain is sent to the grain depot, they can run three times a day, and the price difference is only 2-3%. The common people want to save trouble, and the broker who delivers grain three times a day can earn 600 to 700 yuan, and he can also save a meal at noon. "the purchase price here is a little lower than that of the processing plant, but the price is also reasonable, and there is no worry that the 'grain bank' has no grain."

Gao Fengmin also considered the term "grain bank". After storing grain, farmers have to pay cash if they want money, so they should be called "banks." However, the general trend of grain storage management is good, and it can also be called the grain direct management station, that is, the "grain bank" under the name of the cooperative. "it doesn't matter what the name is, it's a model of agricultural cooperation," says Gao Fengmin confidently.
