How much oil can be squeezed from a jin of rapeseed?

It mainly depends on the quality of rapeseed and the quality of oil pressing equipment. According to the national standard, the oil content of grade 1 is 40%, that of grade 2 is 39%, that of grade 3 is 38%, and that of grade 4 is 37%. Generally speaking, a jin of rapeseed can be squeezed about 4 taels, and those of good quality can be more than 4 taels.

Where is the rapeseed with high yield of oil?

According to the sowing season of rapeseed, Chinese rapeseed can be divided into autumn and winter sowing rapeseed (summer harvest) and spring sowing rapeseed (autumn harvest). Rapeseed sown in autumn and winter is generally planted from October to November and harvested from May to June next year, while rapeseed sown in spring is generally planted from April to May and harvested from September to October of that year.
