The policy of benefiting farmers should be publicized to households.

Today, peasant brothers are very familiar with grain subsidy policies, while they have little or no knowledge of favorable agricultural policies such as vegetables, aquatic products, livestock and poultry, forest and fruit, and agricultural products processing. Because these subsidy policies require a certain scale of production and investment in production facilities, they have to go through the links of application and acceptance, and some farmers simply give up their applications because of trouble, while others are at the "mercy" of cadres and give them as much as they want. Due to farmers' lack of systematic and comprehensive understanding and mastery of preferential agricultural policies, it is sometimes difficult to implement the subsidy funds that farmers are entitled to, which harms the interests of farmers.

The failure to publicize, popularize or even conceal the policy of benefiting farmers has something to do with the false work style of the relevant departments and grass-roots cadres. Some cadres are afraid of trouble and do not want to publicize it; others think that they are "handing out money" to the peasants, but they do not get "benefits" and are unwilling to publicize it. This not only makes farmers unable to enjoy the benefits of national policies, but also lacks the "imperial sword" of "policy in hand" under the supervision of the masses.

Subsidy funds for farmers have been expanded to agricultural production, processing, sales, circulation and other fields. the wide variety of subsidy projects and the large investment of supporting funds are a blessing for farmers and a blessing for agriculture. Doing everything possible to spread the publicity of the country's policy of benefiting farmers to thousands of households and making the broad masses of farmers well-known is the support and guarantee for hundreds of millions of farmers to start their own businesses and become well-off, and it is the responsibility and obligation of party committees and governments at all levels. The most practical and effective way is to take counties or townships as units to compile and distribute to every peasant household the subsidy policies related to agriculture in the country and provinces, cities and counties. What are the policies that benefit farmers? How much is each subsidy? What procedures are required? What are the standards and requirements? Which department should I apply to? A policy that benefits farmers is on hand, and farmers should know all about it. Farmers can not only "start a business according to books", but also "supervise according to books".
