Avocado, also known as avocado, camphor, avocado, is a common deciduous tree fruit in China, which is very popular because it is rich in a variety of vitamins and minerals, and the leftover kernels can also be used for potted plants. how long will avocados sprout? How do you plant it?

Avocados can be planted in pots, and it takes about 20-30 days for hydroponic avocados to root, and it takes about a month for leaf buds to grow after transplanting into the soil.

How do you plant it? (hydroponic method)

1. Handle the core of the fruit

The removed kernels should be washed clean, and then the adventitia of the kernels should be removed so as to promote rapid rooting. (it can be scraped off directly with a knife, of course, it can also increase the probability of infection.)

2. The core of the fruit is soaked in water

If we cut it off, we will use a toothpick to fix the core on top of the container. We can't soak the whole core in water. It won't sprout.

The part soaked in water is about 1 stroke 4 of the core. You can insert the toothpick directly into the core and fix it on all sides.

3. Pay attention to the head and tail of the core

The bottom of the core is soaked in water, that is, the concave side is facing down and the tip is facing up. Make no mistake, and the core soaked in water needs to be replaced with fresh water every 2-3 days to keep the water quality active.

4. The environment for conservation

After taking root, you don't have to change water frequently, just add clean water when the amount of water becomes less, keep the maintenance position ventilated and bright, and the temperature is best kept between 20 and 25 degrees.

Maintenance can be done in a transparent container so that the condition of the kernel can be checked at any time. If there are signs of decay, the cultivation has failed.
