Therefore, the main difference between red wheat and white wheat is the skin color, the outer skin is white and yellow-white is white wheat, white wheat accounts for 90% of wheat grains is white wheat, wheat skin is dark brown or reddish brown wheat is red wheat, accounting for more than 90% of the total grains is red wheat; the rest is mixed wheat.
