Cut green into flowers, cut ginger and garlic into small bowls and add appropriate amount of salt (not too much), a small amount of sugar, monosodium glutamate, pepper, oil, sesame oil, light soy sauce, soy sauce and vinegar and let stand for 2 minutes. 7. Pour the mixed sauce directly on the cold noodles, or dip it in it as I do, it tastes great!
