White granulated sugar

In foreign countries, 100% of edible sugar is white granulated sugar, and white granulated sugar accounts for more than 90% of the total edible sugar in China. Brown sugar
Brown sugar refers to the finished sugar of sugarcane with honey, which is formed by juice extraction and concentration of sugarcane. Brown sugar is divided into slice sugar, brown sugar powder, bowl sugar and so on according to different crystal granules. Because it has not been highly refined, it contains almost all the ingredients in sugarcane juice.
Specific production process:

Rock sugar
Rock sugar is an ice-like crystal made from white granulated sugar. it is a large grain crystalline sugar made from sucrose plus protein raw material, dissolving and recrystallizing after clean treatment. it has two kinds of single crystal and polycrystal, which is transparent or translucent.
Because of its crystal like ice, it is called rock sugar, also known as "ice grain". Naturally generated rock candy has white, yellowish, light gray and other colors, in addition, there are all kinds of color rock candy with food pigments on the market (mainly used for export), such as green, blue, orange, reddish, crimson and other colors.
