Apple black spot disease is a common disease during the growth of apple trees, which will make apples lose their commodity value and affect the income of fruit growers, so fruit farmers are very afraid of the occurrence of this disease, can they still eat apples from black spots? How did it happen? What kind of medicine can be cured?

Can I eat it with a black spot?

It is edible, because according to the results of current scientific research, the weak parasitic bacteria are harmless to the human body.

Cause of occurrence:

The pathogen of black spot disease is one of the common saprophytic bacteria on many kinds of plant residues. The stiff flowers, stiff fruits, dead fruit platforms on apples and fallen fruits and branches under trees are all its overwintering places.

The dead bacteria spread through wind and rain, and the apple florescence began to infect the remains of floral organs, including dried calyx and style, filaments, anthers and so on. The bacteria-carrying rate of floral organ remains was high in the year type with more rain from flowering stage and the number of rainfall before bagging.

After the fruit was bagged (especially the inner black double-layer bag), the dark and wet environment in the bag created suitable conditions for the growth and reproduction of the pathogen. The fruit bag swings with the wind, the bacteria spread to the fruit surface, and then complete the infection process. The internal environment of fruit after bagging is an important condition for the occurrence of black spot disease.

The onset of black spot disease of bagged apples in northern China is in early July, and the peak period is August, when the rainfall is the heaviest. In a few years, due to the heavy rainfall in September, the peak period was postponed. During the storage and transportation period after harvest, the rate of diseased fruit no longer increased.

Factors affecting the occurrence of black spot disease

1 、 Rain Water . Because the stalk of the apple is short, the mouth of the bag cannot be gathered on the stalk. Therefore, the bagging method in production belongs to the folding buckling method. This method can not stop Rain Water from entering the fruit in the bag. When there is little Rain Water in the bag, the black spot disease is more serious in the depression of the fruit stalk. When Rain Water is in the bag, the disease in the fruit carcass is more serious.

2. Bagging method. When bagging, those who did not drum the paper bag, or did not open the air hole in the lower corner of the paper bag, the disease was more serious; those with the mouth of the bag facing up were more serious, and those with the mouth of the bag facing down were less ill.

3. The quality of fruit bag. The air permeability of fruit bags with different quality is quite different. The use of paper bags with good air permeability has a low incidence.

4. Insect pests. The insect injury caused by tarsal nematode mite, Kang's pink scale and green bug can induce the occurrence of black spot disease.

Prevention and control methods:

1. Spray prevention. After falling flowers, before bagging, the apple was sprayed with fungicides for 3 times, such as Luoan No. 3 800mm 1000x liquid, Star 8000x 10000x liquid, Wanxiu 3000 times liquid. As it is also a critical period for many kinds of pest control after falling flowers, spraying the above fungicides can be mixed with Hailiang, imidacloprid and acetamiprid.

2. Choose high quality fruit bags. The outer paper bag must choose wood pulp paper made from coniferous trees, and the paper is moderately thick, soft and tough, good air permeability, strong shading, non-permeable, resistant to wind, sun and rain, and strict edge gluing; the inner bag should not fade, good wax and evenly coated wax, water resistance, do not melt in the high temperature sun. The film bag is pressed with primary polyethylene plastic film (do not use recycled film)

Use red film in areas with poor light. The ultraviolet is strong in the fruit area of the plateau, and the translucent milky white film bag which is not easy to sunburn is used.

3. Bagging in advance. Bagging in advance can make the young fruit adapt to the environment in the bag and make the fruit noodles more delicate. The film bag should be 15-20 days after falling flowers. For paper bags, it is suitable for 25-35 days after falling flowers. If the film bag is covered with paper, cover the paper bag 15-25 days after the film bag. When bagging, the fruit bag should be bulged, tightly sealed, transparent at the bottom, not wrinkled, not affixed to the fruit, and the fruit is suspended in the middle of the bag.

4. The remnant of floral organ was removed manually. The experiment shows that the artificial removal of filament style after apple falling flower can effectively prevent the occurrence of bagged apple black spot disease, and the reason is to remove the material basis for the survival of the pathogen. This method can be combined with fruit setting to advance the time of fruit setting to the flowering stage. This measure is very timely and must be completed before the style withered completely. Artificial removal of floral organ residue also has obvious effect on the prevention and treatment of mildew heart disease in apple.
