Because of the time constraint, I would like to briefly introduce to you the situation of the Photovoltaic Agricultural working Committee. The Photovoltaic working Committee mainly promotes photovoltaic agricultural projects. In 2013, we set up several photovoltaic agricultural bases in Shandong and established a photovoltaic agricultural industry alliance. Because of the time constraint, I would like to briefly talk about photovoltaic agriculture. As an emerging industry, photovoltaic agriculture, under the influence of various backgrounds such as photovoltaic agriculture, energy and policy, has been confronted by the photovoltaic industry as soon as it is launched. It is seen as a savior to boost the entire industry.

Let me talk about the solution of photovoltaic agriculture. Photovoltaic agriculture has been widely developed in the past two years, and the specific forms of development are also various. to sum up, there are mainly several ways, the first is the complementarity of agriculture and light, animal husbandry, fishing and photovoltaic. Agricultural light complementary is mainly vegetables, flowers, seedlings and other aspects, pastoral light is mainly forage, cattle, sheep, pig houses and so on. Yuguang is fish farming, photovoltaic water conservancy is irrigation and so on.

Photovoltaic agricultural project is a comprehensive problem of a combination of multiple models, each photovoltaic agricultural project has multiple models, and multiple modules form a virtuous ecological cycle according to local conditions, according to the local climate, traditional planting and national policies to scientifically formulate photovoltaic agricultural project planning, can not simply apply the models of others. They have successively issued notices of the Ministry of Land and Resources and the Ministry of Agriculture on further supporting the healthy development of facility agriculture, and four ministries and commissions have issued notices on strengthening supervision and risk prevention of industrial and commercial capital leasing of agricultural land.

Now photovoltaic agriculture is in a disorderly state of development, the biggest problem is the lack of standards, whether technical standards or management standards, there is no unified standard. These are some of the projects under construction. Photovoltaic agriculture, photovoltaic and agriculture should promote each other and develop together. The reason why photovoltaic agriculture is concerned is that the main advantage of photovoltaic agriculture is to assist the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. At present, our requirements for agriculture have shifted from pursuing quantity and output to green, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. The traditional mode of agricultural operation can no longer meet the current development of agriculture. 2015 Central document No. 1 directly pointed out that if China wants to be strong, agriculture must be strong. To strengthen agriculture, we must shift from the extensive operation of pursuing output and relying on resource consumption to equal emphasis on quantity and quality as soon as possible, and pay attention to improving competitiveness. We should pay attention to sustainable and intensive development, change the development mode of agriculture, develop modern agriculture in an industrial way, and take the road of modern agricultural development with high output efficiency, product safety, resource saving and environment-friendly.

Photovoltaic agriculture-related participating enterprises should adhere to the correct development direction, calm and restrained attitude, look at the photovoltaic agricultural industry with a long-term sustainable perspective, and actively promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry, believing that the future of photovoltaic agriculture will be unlimited.
