Edible fungus, as its name implies, generally refers to the fungi that can be used. In daily life, we can call it mushrooms. Now there are more than 350 kinds of edible fungi found in China. So how to control edible fungus mites? What are the preservation methods? What varieties do you have?

First, how to control edible fungus mites?

1. Fumigate and kill mites, dip cotton balls in dichlorvos, put them on the bottom surface of the bed frame, and then cover the bed surface with plastic sheeting to make the medicine volatile fumigation surface poison mites.

2. Spray to kill mites with 1000 times of omethoate, 1500 times of permethrin or 500 times of propargite. Using 400 times liquid of washing powder to spray continuously for 2-3 times also has a good acaricidal effect.

3. The rapeseed cake is trapped and killed by spreading several pieces of wet cloth on the material surface damaged by mushroom mites, and sprinkling the freshly fried rapeseed cake on the wet cloth. When the mites gather on the rapeseed cake powder of the wet cloth, the wet cloth can be removed and placed in boiling water for a moment to kill the mites.

4. 1 part of acetic acid, 1 part of water and 0.1 part of white sugar were trapped and killed by sweet and sour medicine solution, and then mixed with 1-2 drops of dichlorvos. Put the gauze strips or cotton soaking solution on the material surface, and when the mite colonies gather on it, remove the scalding pests. Repeat the above until there are no mites.

5. Fresh pig bones were trapped and killed on the bed where mushroom mites were infested, and discharged alternately. When the mite colony is gathered on it, put the bone in boiling water for a moment to kill the mite. Repeat it several times until there are no mites on the bed.

2. Preservation methods of edible fungi

Chemical preservation of edible fungi has the advantages of simple method, low cost and high degree of preservation.

1. Sodium chloride

After finishing, the newly collected Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus ostreatus were immersed in 0.6% salt water for about 10 minutes, drained and stored in plastic bags, which could be kept fresh for 5-8 days.

2. Sodium pyrosulfite

Spread the newly harvested Pleurotus ostreatus on a clean cement floor, spray 0.15% sodium pyrosulfite solution on the mushroom body, and turn the mushroom body while spraying so that it can be sprayed evenly. After spraying, put it in a plastic bag, seal it immediately and store it in a cool place. It can be kept fresh for 8-10 days at 10 ℃-25 ℃. Rinse with clean water when eating.

3. Rice soup film

For rice soup, add 1% soda or 5% baking soda and cool to room temperature. Soak the fresh mushrooms in the lye of rice soup, remove them after 5 minutes and place them in a cool and dry place. At this time, a layer of rice soup film is formed on the surface of mushrooms, which can be isolated from the air and kept fresh for 3 days.

4. Ascorbic acid

After harvest of Flammulina velutipes, Lentinus edodes, straw mushrooms, etc., 0.1% ascorbic acid solution was sprayed on fresh mushrooms and put into non-iron containers, which could be kept fresh for 3-5 days, and its freshness and color remained basically unchanged.

5. Sodium chloride

The mixed soaking solution was prepared with 0.2% sodium chloride and 0.1% calcium chloride. Soak the freshly harvested fresh mushrooms in the mixture, cover with a bamboo cloak and add a heavy substance to soak the mushroom body below the liquid level for 30 minutes. The fresh mushrooms can be kept fresh for about 5 days at 15 ℃-25 ℃ and more than 10 days at 5 ℃-10 ℃.

6. Citric acid

Mix 0.05% ascorbic acid and 0.02% citric acid into a mixed fresh-keeping solution, soak the fresh mushrooms in the fresh-keeping solution for 10-20 minutes, remove and drain, and seal in a plastic bag.

7. Bijiu

Bijiu is a plant growth retarder. Soak the fresh mushrooms in 0.1% Bijiu aqueous solution for 10 minutes, drain, bag and seal, keep fresh under 5 ℃-25 ℃, and keep fresh for more than 15 days. Suitable for mushroom, mushroom, Pleurotus ostreatus, Flammulina velutipes and other fungi fresh-keeping.

8. Maifan Stone

Put the fresh straw mushroom into a plastic box, soak the mushroom body with wheat rice stone water and keep it fresh at a low temperature below 0 ℃. The shelf life can be up to 70 days. And the content of amino acid is not different from that of fresh mushroom, and the color and taste are better.

What are the varieties of edible fungi?

There are a large number of woody fungi growing in mountain forests, such as Lentinus edodes, fungus, Tremella fuciformis, hericium Erinaceus, Tricholoma matsutake, red mushroom and boletus. In the fields, roadsides, grasslands and haystacks on dung, grass bacteria, there are straw mushrooms, mushrooms, and so on. The high temperature fruiting fungi grow more in the south, and the low temperature fruiting fungi grow more in the alpine areas and the cold regions of the north.
