Pleurotus ostreatus, also known as Pleurotus ostreatus, a species of Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus ostreatus, is also a mushroom with high nutritional value. At present, the cultivation market of Pleurotus ostreatus is quite considerable, so how to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus? What are the high-yield planting techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus in early autumn?

1. Determination of cultivation time

The requirement is that the mushroom emergence period is not only the period of low price of local mushrooms, but also the period when the medium and high temperature varieties of Pleurotus ostreatus can produce bacteria and produce mushrooms normally. The local area belongs to the southern margin of the warm temperate semi-humid Huang-Huai Plain, with an average temperature of 24.3 ℃ in June and 27.5 ℃ in August, so the inoculation period in early summer should be the first and middle of April and the early autumn should be from the middle of August to the first ten days of September. Other regions should be determined according to the actual local situation.

2. Cultivation methods.

The main cultivation method is three-dimensional cultivation of plastic bag clinker. This cultivation method is easy to move and manage, and the success rate and bioconversion rate are very high, above 95% and 150% respectively.

3. Strain selection

Because most of the high-temperature mushroom varieties have low yield and poor quality, which affect the economic benefits, we adopt moderate and wide-temperature varieties, such as Shuangnai, SP-46, Jiangdu 109, Huafeng 1 and so on. Pleurotus ostreatus strains cultivated in early summer are easy to make, but for early autumn cultivation, it is best to use air conditioning cooling culture or book in nearby strain factory in order to ensure the quality.

4. Preparation of raw materials

The ratio of raw materials is 92% of cottonseed hull, 2% of gypsum, 4% of lime, 0.2% of carbendazim, and the ratio of material to water is 1 ∶ 1.3.When preparing, the pH value is adjusted to 8% 9, so as to prevent the pH value from falling too fast during the high temperature period.

5. Bagging and sterilization

The culture materials of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated in early summer and early autumn were sterilized by atmospheric pressure steam instead of raw meal fermentation to ensure the quality of sterilization. Cut the pre-prepared 22~24cm wide, 6-8 wire thick low-pressure polyethylene bag into long 45~55cm (short in early summer and long in early autumn), tie one end with cotton thread (now the finished product with machine can be purchased), fill the material, and then fasten the other end. Do not load too tight when loading, generally 55cm long material bag can hold dry material 1.3~1.4kg. Because too tight affects the air permeability and is disadvantageous to the bacteria of Pleurotus ostreatus, the culture material is sterilized with atmospheric pressure steam after the temperature reaches 100 ℃ and kept for 8 hours for 10 hours, and then braised for 4 hours after cease-fire for 6 hours, the material can be discharged from the stove.

6. Inoculation

The main results are as follows: (1) the hole punching machine is used to inoculate the hole, 3 lines in each bag. When inoculating, the tip of the wedge-shaped strain is inserted into the hole, leaving a small half outside the bag, and the mouth of the hole is closed by using the hand-adaptive knob to prevent miscellaneous bacteria from entering; at the same time, it can meet the oxygen needs of Pleurotus ostreatus.

(2) the method of inoculation at both ends of the aseptic inoculation tent of plastic film (or plastic film) is suitable for forming a simple inoculation tent with new plastic film in the greenhouse in advance in the year of special high temperature and drought, with a height of about 1.7m, and the width and length are determined according to the size of the space in the shed and the number of inoculations each time, generally 2m wide and 10cm 20m long, and can accommodate 2500kg dry material at one time.

7. Management of germicidal period

The main results are as follows: (1) cover the cultivation bag with grass curtain to protect the light from excessive light and inhibit the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, but first cover a new plastic film on the bacterial stack to prevent the straw curtain from piercing the bag or sealing and infecting miscellaneous bacteria.

(2) at night or when the temperature is high, grass curtains should be added to the roof of the greenhouse to keep warm or cool down.

(3) the temperature should be checked frequently after 10 ∶ 00 to avoid burning bacteria at high temperature; once the temperature in the shed exceeds 30 ℃, it should be ventilated quickly or covered with straw curtain on the roof.

(4) the climate is dry and windy in early autumn, and the humidity in the shed should be on the high side, generally about 75%.

8. Management of mushroom production period

Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated in early autumn, generally indoor fungus, indoor mushroom; can also be used indoor fungus, outdoor greenhouse or greenhouse fungus, greenhouse mushroom. As the temperature in this period gradually changes from high to low, it is relatively easy to manage, so we only need to refer to the management measures of cultivation in early summer and master it flexibly.
