I. Soil

II. Breeding methods

Mainly by cuttage, a small number of propagation can also be used in the method of vegetative propagation.

1. Cutting propagation

The cuttage propagation of Pearl plum should be carried out after autumn defoliation. After planting, the water is irrigated thoroughly, and then irrigated once a week, generally three times in a row, and the pearl plum can survive.

III. Water and fertilizer management

Pearl plum bears barren little demand for water and fertilizer, and can be applied once every 2 years in spring; keep the soil moist during the growth period, evaporate water quickly in summer, irrigate thoroughly, drain water in time during the rain season, remember that the soil cannot accumulate water, the plant will rot, and the long-term lack of water will affect the growth of the plant. Autumn proper watering, keep the soil dry is good, winter before also need to irrigate 1 antifreeze water.

IV. Rizhao

Pearl plum is resistant to half shade, grows strongly under sunlight, cuts off the flowers and residual branches in time in summer to facilitate light transmission and ventilation, sprays water to cool down and maintain air humidity.

V. Shaping and pruning
