Mushroom is a common edible mushroom in daily life, which contains a variety of nutrients needed by the human body. it is widely planted because it is easy to grow and low investment cost. where does the mushroom grow? How to increase the output several times?

1. Introduction of mushrooms:

1. What are the kinds of mushrooms?

There are Lentinus edodes, Flammulina velutipes, Morchella, Pleurotus ostreatus, Coprinus comatus, straw mushroom, bisporus mushroom, hericium Erinaceus, tea tree mushroom, bamboo shoot, matsutake, abalone mushroom, field mushroom, apricot abalone mushroom, red mushroom, big ball cover mushroom, white jade mushroom, Phoenix tail mushroom and so on. Among them, Flammulina velutipes, Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus, straw mushroom, Xingbao mushroom are common in the market and the price is close to the people.

2. What's the name of mushroom?

White mushroom, mushroom, meat fungus, mushroom, Mongolian mushroom, Agaricus bisporus, mushroom mushroom.

Second, where do mushrooms usually grow?

1. Forest: the forest is the place where mushrooms grow most widely. Generally, in February-March, all kinds of mushrooms will grow under the forest or on the wood, especially where there are withered branches, leaves or dead wood, the mushroom yield is the highest.

2. Bushes: the shrub area is a place where mushrooms grow widely, and it is also one of the ideal places for artificial planting. generally, during the plum rain season, there are mushrooms everywhere, so it is very easy to pick.

3. Grass: there are also mushrooms growing in the grass, but there are few kinds of mushrooms. They are generally rich in mushrooms, ghost umbrellas and other fungi, and occasionally grow poisonous mushrooms, so they are basically edible.

4. Dead wood: dead wood is a common place for mushrooms to grow. Generally, a large number of mushrooms will grow after rain. After drying in the sun, they will shrink and dry. When they encounter water, they will grow up again. They are generally rich in mushrooms such as shiitake mushrooms and fungus.

5. Dung pile: dung pile is a common place for mushroom growth, but most of the mushrooms are poisonous mushrooms and have dung smell, so few people eat them.

6. wet and rotten straw: wet and rotten straw is the easiest place to grow straw mushrooms. generally speaking, as long as the temperature and nutrients are suitable, a large number of straw mushrooms will grow, so many people will use straw when planting artificially. Now many places also specialize in buying straw to grow straw mushrooms on a large scale.

Third, what are the mushroom planting methods?

1. Greenhouse construction

Mushrooms like to grow in places with good permeability, so when choosing a site, try to choose flat ground that is wide and permeable around. When building a greenhouse, you can use sticks, steel and other mushroom beds, and then cover curtains and other similar shelter, in order to facilitate the growth of mushrooms.

2. Matrix culture.

Straw, wheat straw, corn stalk and other straws can be selected as materials, cut off, then soaked with gypsum and sun-dried poultry droppings with water or urine, and then piled up layer by layer to let them ferment, and the substrate will be cultivated after half a month.

3. Disinfection and sterilization

After the substrate is cultured, the greenhouse is thoroughly disinfected, and then the cultivated substrate is spread on the mushroom bed, and the temperature is set to about 60 degrees to close the doors and windows for about three hours. Then set the temperature to about 50 degrees and close the doors and windows to ferment for a week or so to make the matrix fermented thoroughly.

4. Sowing and covering soil

When the substrate is fermented, the temperature is adjusted to about 25 degrees to cool it, and then the seedlings are sown on the mushroom bed. Generally, the density of the seedlings can be adjusted according to the actual situation, and then the fertile soil can be scattered on the seedlings. The temperature and humidity can be well controlled to make the seedlings grow bacteria.

5. Mushroom production management

After mushrooms come out, we must control the growth temperature, growth humidity and growth time, so as to improve the quality and yield of mushrooms.

(1) growth humidity: it is best to control the growth humidity of the mushroom room at about 70%, and then adjust it to about 80% Mel 90% when the mushroom is produced, which can promote the rapid growth of mushrooms.

(2) growth temperature: it is best to control the growth temperature of mushroom at 10-18 degrees. If the mushroom stage is reached, the growth of mushrooms can be accelerated by adjusting it to 20-28 degrees.

(3) growth time: it takes about 50 to 60 days from seedling planting to mushroom emergence, so under natural conditions, mushrooms should be harvested when they grow to a certain size.

To sum up, in order to grow mushrooms well, it is necessary to do a good job in the basic management of substrate culture, growth temperature and growth humidity, so that the yield of mushrooms can be increased several times.
