Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Grape is a famous fruit, and bananas, citrus, apples, pears, peaches and called China's six fruits, its taste sour and sweet, very popular with consumers, market demand has been very strong, therefore, planting grapes is promising. How about grapes?

Grape is a famous fruit, and bananas, oranges, apples, pears and peaches are known as the six major fruits in China. Its taste is sour and sweet and delicious, and it is loved by consumers. The market demand has been exuberant all the time. Therefore, growing grapes has a bright future. So, how do you grow grapes? Here I would like to introduce the planting methods and techniques of grapes.

First, the introduction of grape planting methods and techniques!

1. Reproduction

The propagation methods of grape include cutting propagation, striping propagation and grafting propagation. The cutting time is carried out when the local soil temperature (15-20 cm) is more than 10 ℃; striping propagation is generally carried out before sprouting at the end of spring, and the extra branches of 1-2 years old can be used; grafting propagation is generally carried out in the middle of May, and the grafting time is as long as 1 month, and the grafting time is longer in some places.

2. Build a garden

The garden should choose high, sunny, fertile and deep sandy loam or loose soil, and land with good irrigation and drainage, so it can be planted in river beaches and hilly sandy land, but in order to achieve high yield, the depth of the land must be more than 60 cm. Organic matter is more than 2%; then it is to establish a support, which can be cement column, stone column, wooden column, etc., generally using a single hedge, the shelf surface is perpendicular to the ground, which is conducive to ventilation and light transmission.

3. Management

The main results are as follows: (1) temperature: the lowest temperature for grape growth is about 12 ℃-15 ℃, the lowest ground temperature is about 10 ℃-13 ℃, the optimum temperature for flowering stage is about 20 ℃, and the optimum temperature for fruit expansion is 20 ℃-30 ℃. During the fruit period, if the temperature difference between day and night is large, the coloring and sugar content are better.

(2) Illumination: grapes must have a certain intensity of light during normal growth, but not too strong, otherwise they should be bagged or cover the fruit with grape leaves.

(3) moisture: grapes have higher requirements for water, which requires more water in the early growth stage or vegetative growth period, weaker roots and less water demand in the later growth or fruiting period, and pay attention to drainage in rainy days, because grapes are "resistant to drought but not waterlogging".

(4) fertilization: the principle of "less and then more" and "eat less and eat more" should be grasped. Before the end of June, nitrogen fertilizer was applied twice, compound fertilizer was applied twice from July to August, organic fertilizer was applied mainly from September to October, and applied for 5 times.

(5) pruning: in order to improve fruit setting rate and berry quality, flower thinning, fruit thinning, branch thinning, heart picking, timely removal of tendrils, prevention of nutrient consumption and excessive climbing, and timely binding of new shoots to wire to strive for uniform distribution.

(6) Disease and pest control: the main diseases of grape are black pox, white rot, downy mildew, insect pests such as through-wing moth, star caterpillar, tiger longicorn beetle, leafhopper, red spider and so on.

Second, what if the grapes are not sweet?

In the market, sweet grapes are always popular, while sour grapes are generally not easy to sell. Therefore, if you want to sell grapes, you must plant sweet grapes. What if the grapes are not sweet? there are also ways to solve them.

Potassium fertilizer, trace element fertilizer and grape coloring sugar enhancer can be sprayed to improve the sweetness of grapes. Potassium fertilizer is sprayed during the period of accelerated growth to maturity, and rare earth trace element fertilizer is sprayed when the fruit begins to soften. Grape coloring sugar enhancer is sprayed when the fruit is fully softened. It should be sprayed on a cloudy or sunny afternoon, paying attention to the tender leaves and the back of the leaves, spraying evenly until the surface is all wet. If it rains within 24 hours after spraying, spray it again, otherwise it will not have any effect.

The above is the introduction of grape planting methods and techniques, in the management should pay attention to temperature, light, water, fertilization, pruning and pest control. For the problem that grapes are not sweet, potassium fertilizer, trace element fertilizer and grape coloring sweetener can be sprayed to improve sweetness.
