Last Updated: 2024/09/19, Artificial fungi are edible fungi cultivated artificially. Most of the edible fungi we eat in our daily life are artificial fungi, such as Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Auricularia auricula, hericium Erinaceus, Flammulina velutipes and so on. Here we mainly introduce the planting prescription of artificial fungi (Flammulina velutipes).

Artificial fungi are edible fungi cultivated artificially. Most of the edible fungi we eat in our daily life are artificial fungi, such as Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Auricularia auricula, hericium Erinaceus, Flammulina velutipes and so on. Here we mainly introduce the planting method of artificial mushroom (Flammulina velutipes).

I. introduction of artificial bacteria (Flammulina velutipes)

What is the name of Flammulina velutipes?

Flammulina velutipes gets its name because of its slender stalk, which is similar to that of Flammulina velutipes. Its scientific name is Flammulina velutipes, also known as Flammulina velutipes, Flammulina velutipes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Zizania latifolia, Flammulina velutipes, Flammulina velutipes, Pleurotus ostreatus, etc., because of its relatively high zinc content, it plays a good role in enhancing intelligence, known as "intellectual mushroom".

2. What does Flammulina velutipes look like?

The fruiting body of Flammulina velutipes is composed of cap, fold and stalk, the cap is spherical or flat hemispherical, there is a thin layer of colloid on the surface, it is sticky when wet, and the color is yellow-white to yellow-brown; the fold varies in length and color is white or ivory, free or curved from the stalk; the stalk is hollow cylindrical, the color is yellow-white.

2. Planting methods of artificial bacteria (Flammulina velutipes)

1. Planting technology

There are four planting techniques of Flammulina velutipes: raw material cultivation, raw material cultivation, regenerated branch cultivation and bag cultivation. Clinker cultivation means that the culture material is sterilized under normal pressure or high pressure and inoculated under aseptic conditions. the yield is high.

2. Planting time

The optimum temperature for mycelial growth of Flammulina velutipes is 7: 30 ℃, the optimum temperature is 23 ℃, the optimum temperature for fruiting body differentiation and development is 3: 18 ℃, and the optimum temperature is 13 ℃.

(1) South China: the best time to grow Flammulina velutipes is late autumn.

(2) in the northern region, the best time to grow Flammulina velutipes is the Mid-Autumn Festival.

(3) provinces in the south of the Yangtze River: it is better to plant Flammulina velutipes from October to November.

(4) High altitude mountain area: it is better to plant Flammulina velutipes in September.

3. Planting place

To grow Flammulina velutipes, you need to prepare a mushroom room. the main requirements of the mushroom house are heat preservation, ventilation and cleanliness, and you can build a semi-underground mushroom house. It is suggested to dig a 1-meter-deep cuboid hole outdoors, and then stack a 1-meter-high wall around the ground with soil, and cover it with plastic film and straw curtain.

4. Planting steps

(1) preparation of raw materials: crushed corncobs (sorghum husks, sawdust, peanut shells, bean stalks, corn stalks, rapeseed stalks, etc.), wheat bran, corn flour, gypsum powder, soybean flour, calcium superphosphate and white sugar can be prepared according to the proportion of 7520, 3.5, 1.5, 1.5 and 1, then the sugar is melted with water, and then the sugar water and other ingredients are fully mixed with water, with a water content of about 65%. After being bored for 2 or 4 hours, pack the bag.

(2) bagging inoculation: first of all, choose a plastic bag with a width of 15cm and 17cm and a length of 55cm. When bagging, you should pack the bag while compacting. The two ends of the bag should be tied into a living knot with string, and then sterilized under high pressure or atmospheric pressure. After sterilization, the bag can be moved into the mushroom room in time after inoculation.

(3) Daily management: if the temperature is suitable, the hyphae begin to germinate in about 24 hours, and the bag can be filled in about 40 days; after the bag is full, the bag mouth should be untied and rolled, and the bag should be covered with film for 30 minutes every morning. Keep the humidity 85%-90%, and the mushrooms can be produced one after another in about 7-10 days. After mushroom emergence, the plastic film should be removed when the handle is 3cm, and the plastic film should be removed for 1-2 days. After that, the temperature is controlled at 6-8 ℃, the air relative humidity is controlled at 85%-90%, the concentration of carbon dioxide is controlled at 0.11%-0.15%, the light is weak, and Flammulina velutipes can be grown and harvested in about 10 days.

Third, what are the points for attention in growing Flammulina velutipes?

1. The temperature for planting Flammulina velutipes should be suitable, otherwise there will be no mushrooms or deformed mushrooms.

2. The raw materials prepared should be fresh, clean and mildew-free.

3. If the mushroom house wants to sprinkle water, do not sprinkle water on the mushroom body.

Summary: the above is the introduction of the planting method of artificial bacteria (Flammulina velutipes). Pay attention to 3 points to grow high-quality mushrooms.
