Recently, our company conducted a preliminary investigation according to the report of Anhui Agricultural Machinery Bureau. It is found that Anhui Jianghuai heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., Fuyang Hongqiang Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Xuancheng Sanjiu Tea Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Henan Gengshen Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd., Hubei Nanzhang Hengda Machinery Manufacturing and sales Co., Ltd. and other five enterprises in the ministerial level agricultural machinery purchase subsidy products filing process It is suspected of providing false filing information and failing to take the initiative to report the objection to the filing results during the publicity period.
According to the relevant regulations on the implementation of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy, after research, our company has decided to suspend the qualification of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy for all products of the above five enterprises nationwide, and all provinces are requested to implement it in accordance with the prescribed procedures. During the suspension period, no subsidy shall be granted to the above-mentioned enterprise-related products sold by trial, installment, deferred invoice, or in any other form. The above five enterprises shall promptly inform the distribution enterprises and purchasers of the suspension of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies, take the initiative to carry out self-inspection, and timely report to the relevant provincial departments in charge of agricultural mechanization if there are any problems.
The provincial departments in charge of agricultural mechanization should, in accordance with the "explanation on the handling of irregularities related to recent subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery" and other provisions, immediately organize to verify the filing and subsidies of the above-mentioned five enterprises, and if there are any problems, deal with it seriously. The investigation and handling of each province should be reported to the Agricultural Machinery extension Station of the Ministry of Agriculture before October 19.
In conjunction with the Agricultural Machinery extension Station of the Ministry of Agriculture, we will timely study and make the final decision according to the investigation and verification of the relevant provincial agricultural mechanization departments, as well as the self-inspection and rectification of the above five enterprises.
