In the cultivation process of Pleurotus ostreatus, nematodes are easy to appear. Nematodes belong to invertebrate phylum nematodes. There are many species of nematodes that harm edible fungi, and they are widely distributed. Most of them are saprophytic nematodes, which are widely distributed in culture materials and soil. How to prevent and cure orange nematode in mushroom bag?

First, how to control orange nematodes in Pleurotus ostreatus bags?

1. The mushroom should be clean and hygienic, the environmental conditions should be kept good, and all kinds of vector pests should be removed to avoid the spread of nematodes. In the mushroom production period, the mushroom room should not be humid and muggy, so the ventilation should be increased.

2. Treatment of culture materials. The heap temperature of the culture material should be increased to keep the environment of the culture material clean, the post-fermentation treatment of the culture material to make the nematode and its eggs completely eliminated, and the water content of the culture material should be maintained to avoid being too wet. In addition, raw materials used for cultivation such as Pleurotus ostreatus should be soaked in 2% lime water for 24 hours to kill nematodes. When mixing, spray dichlorvos with 500 times liquid, pile up for 8 hours and 12 hours, wait for the smell of the medicine to spread before inoculation.

3. Earwood treatment. For the cultivation of Duan wood, the earwood should be sprayed with 5% salt water or 1% lime water, every 10 days. In addition, lime can also be sprinkled on the ground.

4. Treatment of soil covering material. The soil was pasteurized or fumigated with dichlorvos a week before use.

5. Use clean water. Use tap water or clean well water and river water to mix materials, manage the use of water, and avoid spraying water contaminated by nematodes on wood and mushroom beds. If the water source is not clean, alum can be added properly to precipitate and purify the water to eliminate nematodes.

6. Chemical control. When the mushroom bed is partially attacked by nematodes, trenches should be made around the disease area and partially isolated from the disease, then the disease area will be cut off from water and let it dry.

In addition, 25% rice vinegar or 1% acetic acid can be sprayed.

Other matters needing attention in the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus

The growth of Pleurotus ostreatus is easily attacked by miscellaneous bacteria in winter, which are mainly green mold, Mucor, Aspergillus, Rhizopus, bacteria and so on. Green mold is one of the most serious miscellaneous bacteria against Pleurotus ostreatus. Any medium suitable for the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus is suitable for the growth of green mycelium. Pleurotus ostreatus can produce green mold due to lack of strict sterilization in culture material, incomplete disinfection during inoculation and poor environmental hygiene during mushroom emergence.

1. The moisture in the culture medium is controlled at 60%-65%. If the moisture content is too high, it can easily cause green mold.

2. Keep the environment clean and dry without the accumulation of waste and polluting materials. Maintain the hygiene of the mushroom production place, keep the mushroom shed ventilated, properly reduce the air humidity, reduce the watering times, prevent the mushroom sticks from producing mushrooms in the high temperature environment for a long time, dry and wet alternately, and the bacteria sticks should have a lower humidity environment for bacteria and tide turning period.

3. Pick mushrooms in time, remove residual mushrooms, cut roots and diseased mushrooms, and remove contaminated bacteria sticks.

4. Use chloromycetin to inject green mold or use Lixin fungus king and bacteria to kill.
