We have received your company's request for launching the implementation plan for the minimum purchase price of wheat and rice in some areas in 2015 (China Grain Reserve No.327). According to the relevant provisions of the Circular of the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Grain Administration and other departments on issuing the implementation Plan of the minimum purchase Price for Wheat and Rice in 2015 (State Grain Regulation (2015) No. 80), it is agreed to start the implementation plan of the minimum purchase price for wheat in 2015 in areas other than Zaozhuang, Heze, Jining, Linyi, Taian, Dezhou, Liaocheng and Binzhou in Shandong Province from September 22nd. The implementation plan of the lowest purchase price for middle and late rice in 2015 will be launched in Anhui Province, Sichuan Province and Hubei Province since September 23, September 25 and September 28, respectively.
