1. Soaking mung bean

Soak mung beans in cold water for 4 hours in summer and soak in 37 ℃ warm water for 2 hours in other seasons. Cover the vat with a lid or clean hemp bag and turn it every half hour to allow the seeds to absorb enough water.

The soaked beans are poured into a pre-sterilized container, and the leakage hole of the container is plugged with a sterilized bamboo grate, which is suitable for not leaking beans and dripping water smoothly. Wipe the beans flat and evenly. The mung bean suit is 8 centimeters high. Don't pretend too much or too little. If the beans at the bottom of the container grow slowly or not due to greater pressure, the bean sprouts grow too fast, and the bean sprouts are thin and long, which affects the yield and quality.

When beans sprout, the heat generated by breathing should be released in time, sprinkle water in time to dissipate heat, cool down, and increase moisture. Otherwise, it will rot and give off a sour smell.

The frequency and quantity of watering increase or decrease with the change of season. The temperature is high in summer, usually drenching once every 4 hours, twice at a time. Drench every 4 hours to 5 hours in spring and autumn. In winter, the room temperature is kept at 22 ℃-25 ℃, drenched once every 6 hours.

Every time you drench with warm water, you can't go up and down. If the water temperature is too high, the bean sprouts will grow faster, the heat will not be released in time, and the middle part of the bean sprouts will turn red and rotten; if the water temperature is too low, the bean sprouts will grow slowly, appear curved, and the growth period will be too long. The water temperature should be 22 ℃. The water temperature should be measured with a thermometer and cannot be estimated casually.

It is best to sprinkle water with a spray can, like watering flowers, sprinkle water evenly, do not rinse, pour, overturn, break bean sprouts to affect growth. Pour enough water and let the water in the container flow out of the leak at the same time. In addition, it should be washed in the jar once a day 3 days before planting in order to sprout evenly and neatly.

Third, the treatment of mung bean sprouts.

The length of inverted bud from seed soaking is 1.8 cm, about 3 days. Soak mung bean sprouts with NE-109 plant growth regulator mung bean sprouts for 1 minute.
