1. Strain selection

2. Strain production

4. Bagging and sterilization
Choose plastic bags that are 15cm wide and 33cm long to produce mushrooms at one end, or plastic bags 15cm 17cm wide and 55cm long to produce mushrooms at both ends. When bagging, it is compacted while loading, and the two ends are tied into a living knot with string. Sterilized under high pressure or atmospheric pressure according to conventional methods.
5. Scratching bacteria
Scratching bacteria is to remove the old bacteria seed block and skin, it is best to use flat scratching method, so that the material surface is not hurt, the mushroom comes out early, and the number is more. Bud induction should be carried out in time after scratching bacteria, the temperature should be controlled at 12-13 ℃, and enough low temperature stimulation should be given to promote the formation of primordium. At first, the relative humidity of the air was maintained at 90%-95%, so that the hyphae could resume growth after scratching the bacteria.
6. Mushroom production management
The management procedure of the mushroom emergence period of the cultivation bag in the whole period is to untie the bag mouth → turn the bag mouth → stack film → ventilation moisturizing bud → lift film ventilation 1 day → film elongation → harvest → scratch bacteria irrigation → heat preservation and moisturizing buds. The management method is the same as before, until 4 stubble mushrooms are harvested.
