Renxin fruit is also called kiwi fruit, which is also called Wu Feng persimmon because its long fruit is like persimmon. It is a common fruit in Taiwan, Guangdong, Guangxi and other places in China. It is deeply loved by people because of its high nutritional value and good taste. However, if you want to eat pistachios, you must wait until they are ripe. How can that person's pistachios be ripe? How can it be ripe if it is not ripe?

First, the introduction of Renxin fruit:

1. Can you eat pistachios?

Pistachios can be eaten, and often eaten can moisturize the lungs, Qingxin, because pistachios are rich in protein, amino acids, vitamins and calcium, phosphorus, iron and other elements, especially selenium and calcium, its content is the highest in fruits and vegetables.

2. When will the pistachios be picked?

Pistachios blossom many times a year, so there are many picking periods in a year. In general, pistachios begin to mature at the end of September, but most of them mature in early October, so when picking, try to pick them in early October. The fruit picked that way will taste better.

Second, how is the pistachio ripe?

Like persimmons and kiwifruit, pistachios can not be eaten until they are ripe, but since it is difficult to tell when they are ripe, the following methods can be used to determine them:

Method 1. Pinch it with your hand: gently pinch the pistachio with your hand. If it is soft, it means it is ripe and ready to be picked.

Method 2, taste: rip off a fruit, then peel and taste the flesh, if it tastes sweet, it means it is ripe, and if it tastes astringent, it means it is not yet ripe and unfit to eat.

In short, it is soft to pinch and sweet to eat, indicating that the pistachio is ripe and ready to be picked. Of course, it's all right if it's not ripe, but you can use a special method to ripen it.

Third, how to ripen the pistachio before it is ripe?

Since pistachios are picked in batches and unripe when picking, the following methods can be used to ripen them:

Method 1. Put it together with apples, bananas and other fruits that can release ethylene gas.

Put the apples, bananas and pistachios in a bag, then put them in the mouth for a day or two, waiting for the fruit to soften, but if the pistachio is very raw, you can leave it for a few more days, but you should pinch the fruit more during ripening so that the fruit will not be ripe for a long time and go bad.

Method 2. Put it in rice.

Put the pistachios in a rice jar filled with rice for two or three days to mature, and the pistachios taken out have a smell of rice, but if there is not much rice at home, you can put the rice and pistachios in a fresh bag and seal them up for two or three days, which can also make the pistachios ripe.

Generally speaking, the pistachio that feels soft and tastes sweet means it is ripe and ready to eat. But if the picked fruit is not ripe, you can put it with apples, bananas, rice and so on, and then seal it up and place it for two or three days.
