From September 21 to 25, a training course on processing demonstration units of farmers' cooperatives was held in Beijing, and efforts were made to improve the development level of agricultural products processing cooperatives by means of policy support, public services, and demonstration establishment.

The first is to implement supportive policies. The circular of the Ministry of Agriculture on doing a good job in the key work of agricultural products processing industry in 2015 will be issued to support the requirements for farmers' cooperatives to set up the circulation of agricultural products processing. We will implement the policy of subsidies for the initial processing of agricultural products in producing areas, and support farmers' cooperatives in building primary processing facilities such as storage and drying of agricultural products in producing areas. We will promote the implementation of state policies such as tax concessions for the primary processing of agricultural products and preferential land use for water use. The second is to strengthen public services. Guide the administrative departments of the agricultural products processing industry in various localities to provide various services such as information, technology, talents, exhibition and policies to cooperatives in a timely manner, actively build a public service platform, and promote the docking of leading enterprises, scientific research institutes and farmers' cooperatives, to achieve win-win cooperation. The third is to carry out demonstration creation.
