Research and demonstration of Integrated production Mode of Green yield-increasing and efficiency-increasing Technology of Potato
Preliminary results have been achieved in the research and demonstration of integrated production mode of green yield-increasing and efficiency-increasing technology of potato.
Increase production by 20%, and the comprehensive economic benefit reaches 2000 yuan per mu.
On September 23, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences held an on-site observation meeting on the integrated production mode and demonstration of green technology for increasing production and efficiency of potatoes in Guyuan County, Hebei Province. The site listened to the overall introduction of the project, watched the potato combine harvester harvest demonstration and potato variety display. The results show that the measured yield of the project demonstration area is more than 3000 kilograms per mu, an increase of 20 percent, a saving of labor costs of more than 250 yuan, a reduction of pesticide application of about 10 percent, an actual water consumption of 60 tons per mu, and a comprehensive economic benefit of about 2000 yuan per mu. Vice President Lei Maoliang attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was presided over by Yuan Longjiang, director of the Bureau of Transformation of achievements.
Lei Maoliang fully affirmed the phased results achieved by the project team. He pointed out that from the effect of the project demonstration, the achievements can be summarized as "three improvements and one decrease". Through the selection of high-quality and high-yield varieties and the application of virus-free seed potato, it has a significant effect on increasing unit yield. Through soil testing and formula fertilization technology, water efficient utilization technology and pesticide reduction and efficient utilization technology, the utilization efficiency and comprehensive economic benefits of water and fertilizer were improved, and the green production of potato and the improvement of agricultural environment were promoted. Through mechanized planting technology, the degree of mechanization of potato planting process is improved and the labor cost is saved. On the other hand, the processing technology innovation of staple food products based on cornflour reduces the production cost of potato staple food products. The construction and popularization of this technical model will greatly improve the production level and planting efficiency of potato in the northern one-season planting area, and realize the development goal of "one control, two reductions and three basics". It is of great significance to the sustainable development of modern agriculture and potato industry in China.
Xiong Xingyao, chief expert of the project and a researcher at the Institute of vegetables and Flowers of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, said that in view of the low yield per unit area of potatoes, the lack of special varieties for processing staple food products, the low application rate of virus-free seed potatoes, and the urgent need to improve the utilization efficiency of water, fertilizer and medicine, the integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy still needs to be strengthened, and a series of problems affecting the development of potato industry, such as large-scale research and development of staple food products and processing technologies suitable for Chinese consumer market, are still needed. In 2015, with the support of the Science and Technology Innovation Project of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the vegetable Institute organized relevant experts from the Institute of Resource Planning, Plant Protection, Agricultural Mechanization and processing to form a team to tackle key problems. The research work of the project "Research and demonstration of Integrated production Mode of Green yield-increasing and efficiency-increasing Technology of Potato" was carried out, and five demonstration bases were distributed in different ecological regions of the country. It integrates seven core technologies, such as high-yield and high-quality varieties, virus-free and rapid propagation technology of seed potato, soil testing formula fertilization technology, water efficient utilization technology, pesticide reduction and efficient utilization technology, mechanized high-efficiency planting technology, staple food product processing technology and so on. Phased results have been achieved.
Xu Liqun, deputy director of the Department of Science and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture, Wang Jingwu, deputy secretary of the Zhangjiakou Municipal CPC Committee, Jiang Meilin, deputy director of the hospital office, Sun Rifei, deputy director of the vegetable Institute, Hu Hong, deputy director of the Institute of Agricultural Mechanization, Hu Zhichao, deputy director of the Institute of Agricultural Mechanization, and from the Agricultural Technology extension Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, the vegetable Institute, Plant Protection Institute, Resource Planning Institute, processing Institute, Nutrition Institute and Agricultural Mechanization Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences A total of more than 50 local business representatives and experts attended the meeting.

Analysis of China's Agricultural Policy Rural Poor Hollow Agricultural Modernization
There is no arable land in the world. In order to survive, human beings constantly reclaim the land and obtain agricultural products on the water surface. The land that can achieve high yield through land consolidation and irrigation is called available land, and the land with high reclamation cost is called difficult to use land. Crops have been planted.

Industry point of view: weak demand for wheat and market prices tend to stabilize.
At present, the quality of wheat in the market is different, the difference in wheat price is obvious, and the curve of purchase volume in the purchase period is more gentle than that of last year. Due to the scarcity of circulating grain sources of high quality wheat, it is difficult to purchase on a large scale, showing a pattern of "price but no market". Milling enterprises face the double-section production.
