Ministry of Agriculture promotes leisure agriculture and rural tourist attractions

According to Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, October 2-in order to facilitate urban and rural residents to taste farming culture, enjoy pastoral life, experience leisure work, and perceive folk customs during the National Day holiday, the Ministry of Agriculture has introduced to the society a number of high-quality routes and scenic spots for leisure agriculture and rural tourism.

These routes and scenic spots include 260most beautiful leisure villages in China, 62 important agricultural and cultural heritage in China, 100 high-quality routes of leisure agriculture, and 165 five-star demonstration enterprises (park) of leisure agriculture and rural tourism (link address: http://www.moa.gov.cn/ztzl/xxly/) for urban and rural residents to travel leisure.

Among them, 260 of China's most beautiful leisure villages aim at promoting ecological civilization and building beautiful villages, focusing on inheriting farming civilization, displaying folk culture, protecting traditional dwellings, and developing leisure agriculture. To introduce to the public a number of the most beautiful leisure villages with blue sky, green ground, clean water, comfortable living, happy work and increasing income, including characteristic residential villages, characteristic folk villages, modern new villages, historical ancient villages, and so on.

62 important agricultural cultural heritages in China have a long history, unique agricultural products and rich biological resources. they are traditional agricultural production systems with highly unified economic and ecological values. it has remarkable characteristics in the aspects of activity, adaptability, complexity, strategy, versatility and endangerment.

The 100 leisure agricultural boutique routes cover more than 500 leisure agricultural boutique management sites with excellent service quality, obvious industrial characteristics and complete leisure functions in 27 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). The types include farm music, picking fishing gardens, leisure farms, leisure sightseeing parks, folk villages, charming leisure villages, and a number of agricultural landscapes integrated with natural landscapes and rural features.

165 national leisure agriculture and rural tourism five-star demonstration enterprises (parks) have distinct agricultural characteristics, beautiful ecological environment, complete facilities and functions, and standardized management services.
