Check whether the entrusted storage point is qualified for grain purchase, whether it opens an account with the Agricultural Development Bank and registers with the department for industry and commerce, whether the procedures for quality inspection of receiving and storage enterprises are standardized, open and transparent, whether there is a situation of suppressing grades and prices, raising prices to purchase or refusing to accept standard grain handed over and sold by farmers, whether the acceptance of national policy grain purchased into the warehouse is carried out in time, and whether there is a situation of centralized surprise acceptance.

In the process of comprehensively inspecting the implementation of various safety grain storage and production safety measures, we should focus on checking the safety work in weak links and key areas. Including the grain storage safety of temporary storage facilities such as open-air hoarding, warehouse canopy, grain storage canopy, railway canopy, whether there is over-limit and ultra-high loading of grain in storage facilities, whether they are equipped with fastening devices and effective safety ropes, whether they serve with disease, and so on.
