Xiuzhen mushroom, also known as Pleurotus ostreatus, is crisp and tender, tastes better, and tastes very delicious. It is often used in stew and enjoys the reputation of "the best of mushrooms". So, what are the planting techniques of Xiuzhen mushrooms? Let's get to know it together.

1. Preparation of breeding materials

Xiuzhen mushroom generally uses raw materials such as sawdust, rice straw and cottonseed shell to make culture materials. according to practical production, using the formula of Lentinus edodes can achieve high yield, but the cultivation time is too long and the cultivation cost is high. so using sawdust and rice straw instead can also achieve high yield and shorten some cultivation time. Here are one or two common ingredients: (1) sawdust 60%, cottonseed shell 15%. Straw 15%, bran 10% (2) sawdust 30%, cottonseed hull 30%, rice straw 30%, wheat bran 10%, these two formulations can make Xiuzhen mushroom high yield.

2. Bag sterilization

After the culture material is prepared with the formula, it can be bagged with a special edible fungus cultivation bag. If the dry material is bagged 250-350 grams, and if it is wet, it can be packed with 500-600 grams. After bagging, the mouth of the bag is sealed and ready to start high-temperature sterilization. Steam sterilization is generally used, requiring 0.103 MPA, the temperature is 121 degrees Celsius, sterilization in this environment for 2 hours, while sterilization under atmospheric pressure should be kept for 12-24 hours. Unload the bag to dissipate heat after sterilization.

3. Inoculation of bacteria

The bacteria can be inoculated after sterilization, and the bacteria can be inoculated in a professional inoculation room in a dark and sterile environment, and the entry personnel should undergo disinfection and sterilization treatment to avoid failure of inoculation. after inoculation, they can all be transferred to the culture room for bacteria culture, and the temperature should be kept between 24 and 26 degrees in the first three days, so that the bacteria can be colonized and cultured in the culture material, and the hyphae will grow in the bacteria bag after the fourth day. Metabolism generates heat, so at this time, it is necessary to lower the temperature of the culture room by 2-3 degrees, and the mycelium does not need any light during its growth and development, so the culture room is in a relatively dark environment. It is necessary to strengthen ventilation and increase oxygen to avoid high carbon dioxide concentration, resulting in mycelium hypoxia, keeping humidity between 60% and 70%, strengthening ventilation and reducing humidity, and too low can be humidified by spraying water mist. Generally, about 25-35 days after inoculation, the mycelium will grow all over the whole bag, and the mushroom production management can be carried out at this time.

4. Mushroom production management

After the mycelium grows and matures, the bacterial bag can be moved into the shed for cultivation. When placed, the bag is arranged on the upper shelf or the flat wall overlaps, the mouth of the bag is opened to let oxygen into the bag, and the film is covered during the day and uncovered at night. In this way, the temperature difference between day and night is artificially increased by about 10 degrees Celsius to stimulate growth. At this time, it is necessary to promote the formation of fruiting bodies through bright light, and the temperature during the fruiting period is best controlled between 18 and 22 degrees. High to find a way to cool down, low temperature to find a way to heat up, while keeping the humidity of the shed between 85-95%, so that mushrooms can be safely produced.

The above is the planting technology of Xiuzhen mushroom, I hope it can help you!
