1. Huang-Huai and the southern part of North China seized the favorable opportunity of improving soil moisture to speed up soil preparation and sow winter wheat in order to sow whole seedlings.

2. In the next 10 days, most of Rain Water in the northern winter wheat area is scarce, and the soil moisture may decline again, so all localities should do a good job in preserving soil moisture and preventing drought; in particular, there is no effective precipitation in central North China, Shandong Peninsula and other places in the near future, and soil moisture should be sown in areas with continuous deviation of soil moisture to ensure that wheat is sown smoothly.
