The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee will be held on October 26, and the 13th five-year Plan has become the focus of market attention. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out when conducting a survey in Zhejiang in May that obvious breakthroughs should be made in speeding up the modernization of agriculture during the 13th five-year Plan period. Agricultural products e-commerce as an important part of agricultural modernization, driven by the "Internet +" strategy, is ushering in the opportunity for rapid development, and is expected to be further supported by the policy.

According to the previous introduction of the Ministry of Commerce, at present, e-commerce for agricultural products in China is facing constraints in many aspects, such as unconcentrated market scale, imperfect infrastructure, imperfect laws and regulations, and so on. In the follow-up, we will strengthen policy support and improve online and offline interaction in the logistics and distribution of agricultural products, and the docking of agricultural information platforms with supermarkets. The agency expects that under the promotion of the active contact of agricultural products, the resulting market space will reach a trillion yuan, and enterprises with channel and brand advantages will have the opportunity to increase their market share.

Over the years, due to the policy expectations of the Central Rural work Conference and the No. 1 document of the Central Committee, the theme of large-scale agriculture will be highly concerned by the market. Compared with previous years, this year's policy is expected to further boost the temperature of the agricultural sector. It is understood that at present, there are two major policies to look forward to: first, as the key work of this year's central rural industry conference, the parties concerned will draft guidelines to promote the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas. It is understood that in recent years, the degree of integration of China's agricultural primary, secondary and tertiary industries is not high, not only a serious lack of competitiveness in the production link, but also facing great challenges in the processing link. Therefore, there is an urgent need to promote the integration of agriculture and other industries and speed up the pace of agricultural modernization; second, the agricultural product e-commerce support policy is expected to be increased. The Ministry of Commerce said earlier that the current online trading of agricultural products in China is facing many difficulties. In view of these problems, the Ministry of Commerce will take five measures, such as overall planning and standardizing order, to promote the application and innovation of e-commerce for agricultural products. Specifically, we will speed up the demonstration and cultivation of e-commerce for agricultural products in the direction of promoting the organic integration of physical transactions of agricultural products and e-commerce. In addition, speed up the construction of e-commerce laws and regulations, strengthen logistics support, carry out rural business information services, and give full play to the docking of the national agricultural product business information public service platform with large chain supermarkets to better promote the circulation of agricultural products.

As a new form of business, rural e-commerce has penetrated into the whole agricultural industry chain, and has achieved remarkable results in reducing rural circulation costs and improving the commercialization rate of agricultural products. The organization believes that agricultural modernization, as a key area of development in the 13th five-year Plan, is expected to receive further policy support, and the sales scale and profit level of agricultural products, as the terminal of the industrial chain, are directly related to farmers' income. therefore, it will become a key breakthrough area of policy.

As for the company, agricultural products are the largest chain operation enterprises of agricultural products wholesale market in China. There are large comprehensive wholesale markets for agricultural products and online trading markets for bulk agricultural products in many large and medium-sized cities such as Shenzhen, with an annual trading volume of more than 25 million tons, accounting for about 7% of the national market share. At present, we are vigorously expanding supply chain finance, food safety testing, cold chain warehousing and other supporting services and e-commerce business. In addition, the actual control of the company is Shenzhen SASAC, under the pressure of Life Insurance, the pace of reform of state-owned enterprises is expected to accelerate, institutions believe that there are expectations of the introduction of war investment, employee shareholding, property asset securitization and so on. Yonghui supermarket operates fresh agricultural products, which is in the forefront of China in terms of agricultural super docking, and plans to introduce JD.com as its strategic investor to improve the layout of the industrial chain.
