Fermentation method of cow manure

In general, a high temperature of more than 65 ℃ will occur in the fermentation process. 1. Prepare materials and add bacteria

Prepare the dung that needs to be fermented, preferably fresh cow dung, such as about 1 ton of fresh cow dung plus 0.25 kg Sukehan cow dung starter, first mix the cow dung starter with rice bran in a ratio of 1 to 5: 10 and set aside.

2. Construction of cow dung pile

The prepared cow dung will be built while sprinkling bacteria, the heap height and volume should not be too low and too small, 1.5-2 meters high, 2 meters wide, unlimited length.

3. Adjust moisture

The water content of fermented cow dung should be controlled at 40% to 65%. Moisture judgment: hold on to a handful of cow dung, see the watermark between your fingers, but do not drip, it is appropriate to fall to the ground. Less water fermentation slow, water more poor ventilation, but also lead to "spoilage bacteria" work and produce bad smell, therefore, it is necessary to grasp the water content.

4. start-up temperature

The start-up temperature should be above 15 ℃ and the fermentation temperature should be controlled below 70-75 ℃.

5. Mix well and ventilate

Gymboree cow dung starter needs oxygen consumption fermentation, therefore, oxygen supply measures should be increased in the process of operation, so that it is appropriate to mix well, turn frequently and aerate. Otherwise, it will lead to anaerobic fermentation and produce bad smell, which will affect the effect of fertilizer.

6. Fermentation completed

Generally, after 48 hours of cow dung accumulation, the temperature rises to 50: 60 ℃ and can reach more than 65 ℃ on the third day. Under this high temperature, it is necessary to turn over once. In general, there will be a high temperature of more than 65 ℃ in the fermentation process. The fermentation can be completed twice and can be completed within a normal week. The material was dark brown and the temperature began to drop to normal temperature, indicating that the fermentation was completed.
