Plum beans are suitable for sowing from April to June. Among them, the suitable germination temperature of plum bean seeds is 22-23 degrees Celsius, and the plant can withstand a high temperature of about 35 degrees Celsius. It has strong root system, strong drought tolerance and wide adaptability to soil, but it can significantly increase yield in well-drained and fertile sandy soil or loam. There are three common methods of sprouting plum beans.

1. Sprouting by sand

Wash the clean river sand, scald it with boiling water and dry it into semi-dry, mix well with the soaked seeds (the ratio of river sand to seeds is 1: 1.5: 1), put it in a clean tile basin (be careful not to have oil) and keep the right temperature. This method is characterized by heat preservation and moisturizing, neat budding, good air permeability, and will not rot the sprouts.

2. Sprouting in earthen pot

Dry the soaked seeds into semi-dry, put them in a clean tile basin, cover with clean cotton cloth or gauze, etc., to keep warm and moisturize, put them on the fire Kang to promote sprouting, turn them once every 3 hours, so that the seeds are evenly heated, and wash the seeds 1-2 times a day to maintain a certain degree of humidity.

3. Sprouting by hanging bags

Dry the soaked seeds into a semi-dry, put them in a clean gauze bag and hang them in a warm place in the greenhouse. Touch the bag up and down with your hands every 2 hours and 3 hours, gently turn it over, make it moisture and heat evenly, and replenish oxygen. Be careful that the bag is not full.
