To grow strawberries, it is necessary to select pots with holes in the bottom to facilitate subsequent drainage, and then choose better breathable soil to cultivate strawberry seedlings. Put it in a position with astigmatism and good ventilation, and arrange watering and topdressing according to the growth situation to ensure soil wettability.

How to grow strawberries

1. Select basin and soil

Choose a basin with a hole at the bottom before growing strawberries, because that hole is drained. After the flowerpot is selected, you should also choose the soil suitable for growing strawberries. In fact, strawberries are not so demanding on the soil. As long as the soil is loose, breathable and nutritious. The rotten leaf soil in the garden is fine.

2. Select strawberry seedlings

Put the soil in a flowerpot. Generally speaking, I suggest you buy strawberry seedlings to grow faster and save electricity than using strawberry seeds to plant. In fact, every spring, summer and autumn, strawberries can be planted in pots. However, it is easier to grow strawberries in autumn, because the autumn weather is more suitable for growing strawberries.

3. Watering

After the strawberry seedlings are planted, you can choose to put them directly on the south balcony. The next time to take good care of it. It is the same as all plants, must be watered on time, must keep the soil in its basin moist. If it is summer, water should be watered twice a day, anyway, the soil should not be allowed to dry up.

4. Fertilization

Fertilize it every 30 days in spring and autumn. When it produces small strawberries, fertilize it with compound fertilizer every ten days or so. If you want it to grow well, it must be sunny. In winter, put it in the house, because the best temperature for its growth is 21 to 26 degrees. If the temperature is lower than 10 degrees, it will do some harm to the growth of seedlings.
