Bean seedlings taste fragrant, crisp and delicious, rich in nutrition, but also have a variety of dietotherapy effects, very popular with modern people, as a green leafy vegetable has a good planting prospect, today to introduce the planting method.

Field planting method

(1) cultivation facilities and site requirements

① site requirements: bean seedlings can be cultivated in closed balconies and winter greenhouses with suitable growth temperature of 18-23 ℃, humidity of about 80%, and no need for too strong light.

② seedling basin: the seedling tray used in the production of pea seedlings should be sturdy and durable, light, and have good air permeability. Black plastic seedling plates are generally selected.

(2) cultivation techniques

① plot selection: pea seedlings are suitable to be planted in higher topography, convenient drainage and irrigation, fertile, loose, neutral to slightly alkaline soil.

② seed selection: select green pea or sesame pea with thick seed coat, small grain and full seed. The pea seedlings produced by this kind of pea have thick stems and leaves, fast growth and strong disease resistance.

③ sowing time: the optimum temperature for pea seed germination is 18-20 ℃, and the sowing time can be arranged in early spring from February to March or September to October, and from the end of October to January of the following year in warm areas.

④ management: topdressing 2 times before harvest, 1 time after each harvest, mainly with quick-acting nitrogen fertilizer; pea seedlings avoid stagnant water, pay attention to clear ditch drainage during growth to prevent rotting roots, but not too dry, just keep the soil moist; properly remove weeds after rain and fertilization, and pay attention to introducing vines to prevent them from growing into border ditches; there are powdery mildew, yellow spot and yellow top disease in diseases and insect pests, which should be prevented in time.

⑤ harvest: 30-50 days after sowing, when the seedling height is 10-15 cm and the bud is light yellow-green, the tender shoots are picked, that is, the upper shoots are picked, and then they are harvested every 15-20 days. Generally, they can be harvested 6-10 times.
