There are many kinds of artificial bacteria. The planting method of Flammulina velutipes is introduced here. To grow Flammulina velutipes, you first need to prepare a mushroom room, the main requirements of which are heat preservation, ventilation and cleanliness. Then prepare the raw materials, when ready, bag, sterilize, inoculate after sterilization, transfer to the mushroom room after inoculation, wait for mushroom to produce. After mushroom, pay attention to the management of temperature, humidity, ventilation and light.

1. Time: the optimum temperature for mycelial growth of Flammulina velutipes was 7: 30 ℃, the optimum temperature was 23 ℃, the optimum temperature for fruit body differentiation and development was 3: 18 ℃, and the optimum temperature was 13 ℃. Therefore, it is better to plant in late autumn in the south, in the Mid-Autumn Festival in the north, from October to November in Jiangnan provinces, and in high-altitude mountain areas in September.

2. Place: the mushroom room needs to be prepared. the main requirements of the mushroom house are heat preservation, ventilation and cleanliness, and a semi-underground mushroom house can be built. it is suggested that a cuboid hole with a depth of 1 meter is dug outdoors, and a 1-meter-high wall is piled up around the ground with soil, and the top is covered with plastic film and straw curtain.

3. Preparation of raw materials: crushed corncobs (sorghum husks, sawdust, peanut shells, bean stalks, corn stalks, rape stalks, etc.), wheat bran, corn flour, gypsum powder, soybean flour, calcium superphosphate and white sugar can be prepared according to the proportion of 75 to 20, 3.5, to 1.5, and then the sugar is melted with water, and then the sugar water and other ingredients are fully mixed with water, with a water content of about 65%. After being bored for 2 or 4 hours, pack the bag.

4. Bagging and inoculation: first of all, choose a plastic bag with a width of 15cm and 17cm and a length of 55cm. When bagging, you should pack the bag while compacting. The two ends of the bag should be tied into a living knot with string, and then sterilized under high pressure or atmospheric pressure. After sterilization, the bag can be inoculated, and the bag will be moved into the mushroom room in time after inoculation.

5. Daily management: if the temperature is suitable, the hyphae begin to germinate in about 24 hours and fill the bag in about 40 days. After the bag is full, unlock the mouth of the bag and roll the mouth of the bag, cover the bag with film, lift the film for 30 minutes every morning, and keep the humidity 85%-90%. Mushrooms can be produced one after another in about 7-10 days. After mushroom emergence, you can appropriately increase ventilation, remove the plastic film when the handle is 3-5 cm, and ventilate for 1-2 days; then control the temperature at 6-8 ℃, air relative humidity at 85%-90%, carbon dioxide concentration at 0.11%-0.15%, weak light, and Flammulina velutipes can grow and harvest after about 10 days.
