What kinds of big cherries do you have?

1. Hongyan

It is an early-maturing and high-yielding large cherry with a flat heart-shaped shape, a yellowish pericarp, a redness on it, thick pulp and rich juice, sweet and sour taste, and 15.4% soluble solids in the pulp. The fruit rate under natural pollination is very high. They are suitable for pollination of red light, red rice and top brocade.

2. Red honey

Their vines are relatively thick, their fruits are mostly round in shape, and the growth period is about 95 days. They are a new cherry variety crossed with SY-28 as the female parent and Hmur339 as the male parent.

3. Red light

It is a new variety bred by Nong property Science Research Institute of Dalian City in 1963 and named Red Light in 1973. It is mainly planted and cultivated in Liaoning, Dalian and Shandong in China. It is one of the sweet cherry varieties with wide planting area on the market.

4. Early red

Generally, it will mature around June, and it belongs to precocious cherries. After the fruit is finished, the skin is red, the flesh is thick and hard, and the juice is also thick red. They do not have very high requirements for the growth environment, can resist cold and drought, and are mainly produced in Dongting Mountain, Jiangsu Province.

5. Early big fruit

Has a very strong cold resistance, even in winter and spring cold season, will not have much impact on their growth, the fruit ripens earlier, and the size is consistent, the yield is relatively stable, belonging to excellent early-maturing cherry varieties.

6. Mei Morning

The area of planting Meizao is the largest in Dalian Zhuanghe, Jinzhou, Lushun and other areas in China. Because of the large temperature difference between day and night and abundant organic matter in water quality and soil, the taste of Meizao is excellent. They have large fruit, thick pulp and good quality, short stalk and large yield, low fruit cracking rate, easy to store and transport, and belong to one of the early-maturing cherry varieties.

7. Vanguard

Originated in Canada, their pericarp is purplish red, glossy, the pedicel is short and thick, the fruit is large, the pulp is thick and juicy, the taste is sour and sweet, and there are 17% soluble solids in the pulp. Their pericarp is thick and tough, easy to store and transport, and the market is in great demand.

8. Dragon Crown

The fruit is large and belongs to the new variety of cherry, the average weight of single fruit can reach about 6.8g, the largest of which can reach 12g, their fruit is wide heart-shaped, the general self-flowering fruit setting rate is more than 25%, their yield is higher, in the full fruit stage, the yield can be as high as 1200kg/ mu.
