History chose 2015, and the reform of machine purchase subsidies is directed at the deep water area. At the beginning of the year, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Finance issued the "guidance on the implementation of subsidies for the purchase of Agricultural Machinery from 2015 to 2017", which makes the policy orientation, accuracy and universality more clear:

Further reduce the scope of subsidized machines and tools, focus on subsidizing machines and tools needed in key links in the production of grain, cotton, oil and sugar crops; select key and weak links to carry out open subsidies, and decouple the qualification of subsidized machines from the catalogue of support and promotion-- one collection and one release, reflecting the wisdom of reform.

Relying on them, 35800 mu of agricultural machinery services were provided to surrounding farmers in the first nine months of this year alone, covering all aspects of mechanized rice production.

In order to integrate technology, save costs and increase efficiency, and promote large-scale operation, in order to fully release these effects of agricultural machinery and make the "Peng level" more and more advanced, the whole process of mechanization must be expanded and speeded up. Taking wheat as an example, under the same production conditions, the comprehensive production capacity of seed saving, yield increase and loss reduction can be achieved by mechanization in the whole production process, which is about 30 kg per mu. At the same time, the amount of straw crushed and returned to the field has greatly increased, which can also provide the answer to the world problem of "Chinese style no burning".

As a result, the mechanization of the whole process of major crop production was launched this year. Forty-eight major crop production demonstration project counties have been built throughout the country, and the comprehensive mechanization level of crop cultivation and harvest will reach 68% by 2020.

The combination of agricultural machinery and agronomy shows its power to tap the new potential of increasing production and promote sustainable development.

The tight spell of resources and environment is getting tighter and tighter, and the space to increase production by relying on the input of land, water, fertilizer and other factors has been seriously squeezed. on the contrary, the combination of agricultural machinery and agriculture has become a prominent bright spot to tap the new potential of increasing grain production and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.

For example, deep pine can effectively enhance the ability of soil water storage, soil moisture conservation, drought and waterlogging resistance, and enhance the basic production strength of crops. the planting of wheat, corn and other crops in subsoiling plots can generally increase production by about 10%.

Subsidy policy guidance, demonstration test and promotion, deep pine land preparation has been recognized by more and more farmers. Hebei conducted deep loosening of wheat fields in October, and Sun Renzhong, chairman of Shenzhou Renzhong Agricultural Machinery Cooperative, had previously bought six more subsoiling machines, bringing the total to more than 40. He estimated that it was not enough, and farmers who had not signed a contract continued to come to their door and ask for the deep loosening of their land.

Including Shensong, the Ministry of Agriculture formulated and released 12 main promotion technologies for agricultural mechanization in 2015, implemented agricultural mechanization education and training, and accelerated the promotion of advanced and applicable technologies.

Focus on weak links, focus on adjusting and optimizing the structural layout of agricultural machinery equipment, and strive to solve the imbalance of regional development. Agricultural mechanized trains with Chinese characteristics will shift faster in 2015 and strive for a new era of "full-process, comprehensive, high-quality and efficient" agricultural machinery.
